It was very convenient; close to the Silver Dollar City amusement park which was our reason for the trip. Access was easy, room was clean and well equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and mini kitchen area with sink. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and the simple, clean accommodations were well worth the great price. The breakfast was more than adequate and we felt like we found the place we will return again and again.

I did not mind the small towels and minimal toiletries. There was not a hairdryer or extra blankets in the room but I know we could have asked for them in the office.

The room was clean, small and very minimal. Small table and 2 plastic chairs. The location fit our needs. The gentleman at the desk at check in was great, informative and professional.

We weren't asked if we wanted "service " at check-in. We stayed 2 nights. Service was clean towels. We didn't get any. We made do. Mentioned this at check out. The other couple said no service and got clean towels! The breakfast offered minimal items which were ok. The hair dryers, irons etc were available at the front desk...A man in our group didn't see a very small unmarked step and fell. They mentioned it to the front desk attendant. They asked if the hotel should do an accident report, our friend said no, but it needs to be marked. When dealing with the lady at the front desk, she was abrupt and rude. She dismissed us and would not listen to our breastfast comments. Older property nothing plush. Served our needs.

The staff was kind and easy to have conversation with. The room was clean with a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also good, I had a waffle one morning and biscuits and gravy one morning. The orange juice was good too!

For me, I need firm pillows to sleep, and there were two pillows per queen bed. Those pillows were flat and not what I need for quality sleep. I did not ask for extra pillows, we just bought some.

The property was near destination. The property was clean and updated.

The property manager was difficult. He didn’t want to honor the Booking.com price for a room with two queen beds for four adults. He repeatedly told me that this wasn’t his price. I showed him emails from Booking.com that confirmed my price. He wasn’t happy and let it be known but did honor the price. I did call booking.com who confirmed my price. He still complained verbally. We didn’t feel welcome there.

Great spot for the price! Pretty much exactly how the pictures looked. Less than a 5 minute drive to Silver Dollar City. Very clean space. Kitchenette has large fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Housekeeping made our beds and gave us new towels every day. Checking in and checking out was very easy and efficient. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning too! We will definitely be staying here again.

Only had powder creamer not half&half (being a diabetic the powdered creamer is made with processed sugar) makes glucose numbers go really crazy. Location was really handy for going to Silver Dollar City.

Air conditioner did not have the cover on the front and the door has a large crack at the bottom, so bugs and flies came into room ( room 201)

Thought we would take a chance since the reviews were good. The price was around $55 for a room. I'm always a little reluctant on anything under $88 a night because I believe you get what you pay for. Pleasantly surprised. Newly updated it looks like. Very clean room with 2 Queen beds, tall refrigerator with a wet bar, microwave. I was surprised the next morning as they also had a hot breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Loved the value and comfortable room. Our stay was during a winter storm but being able to get out to a store safely was wonderful! Also great location to order delivery. There are many options. Yet so peaceful that 3 deer were in the parking lot hanging out.

No major complaints. Small draft in door and hvac hole. Closer trash cans would be nice. If staying long term accept housekeeping occasionally for new supplies.

I really want to brag about Brandon. Every time we stay, our encounters with him are excellent. He is pleasant, informative and professional, yet he connects with each guest as if they are the most important person at that moment. A great front face for Crestview

The rooms were spacious and clean. Had a small kitchenette with a full size fridge and the beds were so comfy!

If you are looking for a bougie place with all the bells and whistles, this isn’t for you. If you are looking for a comfy, simple, clean, well-priced place to relax, this is the place!
