Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was good size.

I prefer a continental breakfast at hotels.

The TV was horribly dim like it was burnt out, and the color waswasoff., it was not a settings issue. Killed 2 cockroaches when i first checked in, but saw no more. The AC unit was on max when we checked in, but it was unable to keep the room below 76⁰ The mini fridge was barely cool, the meat and cheese tray i had wilted the cheese a little bit and the olives and chocolate sweated, it wasn't really cold enough for the wine and sodas

I liked that it is close to silver dollar city. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She had answers to questions. The room was quiet and clean. The pool area, although dated, was clean.

Only a couple of things; no free breakfast and it was a bit confusing finding the pool because we were at the very end but that was at our request.

We stayed in the family suite and there was plenty of room, the view was nice, and the location was perfect.

The only thing wrong was the lock on our balcony door would not latch when we arrived but there was the secondary lock bar so it was not a big deal and we reported the issue to the front desk.

Comfort and pool and hot tub along with view and location to store, dinner, and local parks like Silver Dollar City.

Wasn’t completely prepared for separate onsite restaurant, not with room fee. Their service was friendly though. Also changed from pandemic as was the transport to silver dollar city, due to location is not a needed convenience anyway.

Communication on what to expect for extended stays not entirely obvious - such as how/when to request room service, etc. - but the front desk staff quickly answered my questions. Also had a smoke detector low battery chirp start up in another room one night that interrupted our sleep but was quickly resolved by the front desk staff when they were notified.

We didn’t realize there was breakfast, but we were in-and-out driving from West Virginia to Texas and stopping at the Titanic museum on the way. This place was perfect and I especially liked how kind the staff were. It was a refreshing experience to have attentive staff who looked me in the eye and even helped me store items in their freezer.

The hallway lights went off if no one was in hallway. The rooms were clean

The pool was too cold. I understand there to be a complimentary breakfast which wasn't available, I didn't like that it was advertised wrong, but it was replaced with a nice couple ran buffet, I did like the food and service

The Sunday breakfast buffet was great. Best I've had at any hotel in years. I liked the location of the hotel. Not terribly far from all the attractions in Branson but just far enough to have peace and quiet at the end of the day.

It seemed like a majority of the smoke detectors were on the Fritz and the continuous beeping from all directions including in the room was rather annoying but other than that, not bad.

Location to SDC was great. Room was clean. . I liked the small deck to be able to sit outside. The maintenance guy was great to get the hot tub temperature regulated. Large indoor pool.

I did not like that there was not a continental breakfast. The hallways looked like they could use new carpet.
