We simply cannot fault the staff or accommodation 10/10. super hotel in a very quite and secure location a stone’s throw from the historic square and other attractions. we had a super large room that was spotless with a king bed and crisp white linen. staff went out of their way throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. thank you for the use of the phone to sort out our flat tyre x

Vinny at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Nice outdoor areas to walk dogs. Room seemed clean, nice lighting in the bathroom. Heat worked well and kept room comfortable.
Place has seen better days, getting a little run down. Heating/air conditioner cover fell off in the middle of the night, curtains partially torn down, just looks a little shabby. Breakfast items ran out rather quickly.

Breakfast was good
The area to buy a soda or snacks was very empty. Almost non existence. The soft serve was out of service. Either fill the snack room up and the cold case or shut it done. It looks very hap hazard. A case of water sliced open sitting on a shelf.

What?! This place was the Ritz for that price. Was a sweet surprise. I got this room by accident. I meant to stay in Joplin 15 minutes away.

The pool was fantastic.
Told breakfast was until 10 we went was 9. Next day not much left at 8.15. Room cards hardly ever worked !!!
