The location is convenient to the area. I am handicapped and needed an extended stay while family worked on the home. The room was clean and spacious with a recliner, microwave and small refrigerator. I was able to meet all of the staff and they were very helpful and so nice. The place is spotless inside and outside. For a small town motel this is very well organized and kept.

The shared areas, hallways to the rooms and the main office, were hot. They didn't have A/C on in those areas. The A/C was also not on in the room upon arrival. We had to keep the room A/C on constantly. We were comfortable enough but I hate to think what the temps would be like mid summer, I'm not so sure the unit would keep the room cool enough.

The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I felt very accommodated and enjoyed interacting with them. The property felt safe and cozy. The pool looked very inviting and I'm sorry I didn't have any clothes to enjoy it. Parking wasn't an issue and the hotel is located close to everything in town. Great experience overall. My son also liked the hotel and room.

Breakfast wasn't available, but water and coffee seemed to be. I would have taken advantage of breakfast if it was available, the dining area seemed very clean and inviting.

icthus above door; great landmark. seen from distance on highway; veteran owned. kind staff ;easy access. noticed your kindness to a young lady with disabilities. it was quiet. the back- door cat was appreciated. mattress was a good height from the floor. not so high i had to use a step-tool to get on the bed, like in other places. I am five feet two inches tall. first time here. great concierges. was here to procure the cremains of my younger brother. i felt safe here & less alone. i am from a military family. thanks so much.

perhaps more hangers for heavy coats and a small pad of paper for notes.

Coffee, decaf coffee and bottled water available. There was ice, and a soda and snack vending machine in the lobby. Our room had a small fridge and a microwave, enough towels. Large TV, with cable television and a recliner in the room. Hotel was quiet, staff were friendly.

As we stayed a whole week, housekeeping didn't clean our room. Reception did say it would be trash removal and towel exchange everyday. Sadly some days the trash wasn't collected either. (One day, we did ask for no service) They have stopped doing any breakfast.

The young lady at the front desk was very informative and friendly. She moved us to a bottom floor, which was nice. The room was very clean.

We would have liked if they had a list of restaurants, where they were, hours, and if they delivered. We didn't like the lousy weather WHICH was not the hotels fault.

We have stayed here for several years. They have always been clean and very friendly.

The beds was very hard this time, but it's first time we been here in awhile. Hopefully they can improve them in time. Maybe I'm just use to my soft bed lol.

We stayed here so we could attend an event in Shell Knob. The owners/staff were very accommodating. They even had free water in a refrigerator in the lobby for customers. The weather had been terribly hot so we thought that was a very nice gesture.

The accommodations were fine.

Standard room. Clean bathroom. There is no damage to walls or furnishings. Curtains closed all the way. Good pillows. Nice recliner, refrigerator, and microwave clean, and worked well.

The room smelled a bit damp. No breakfast is offered, but coffee is available.

Convenient for a night’s stay before heading down to Tablerock Lake

There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor which was not a problem walking them but carrying our heavy coolers was more difficult. However, our amazing staff person helped us carry them up.
