Freshly updated! The bathroom & room were recently updated - very nice and exceptionally clean. The architecture is different, but freshly painted, very clean entry, hallways, front desk and breakfast room. Nonsmoking was perfect! It has a pool but was not there in the summer. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled like heaven. I would highly recommend.

Two small mechanical issues. The ice maker was broken, however, there was a clean sign telling you where to go to get ice from a different machine. The hot water dispenser in the breakfast room is broken, and No sign telling you to use the microwave.

Tasted better than it looked. Sausage patties were swimming in in liquid-must have been water. It was easily dried off the patties. Not saying it was bad, just hadn't seen that before.

Housekeepers apparently don't understand the concept of putting the liner IN the trash cans. Liners were pulled down all the way to the floor on the outside of the can leaving the bottom of the liner even with the top of the can were it stayed level with top of can. To drop trash in, I had to push the liner to the bottom of the can or the trash wouldn't go in-just on the can.

Easy check in. Property was clean. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Great place to stay while in the area.

We didn’t have hot water the first night but maintenance was able to fix it the next day. The breakfast had a variety of items but there was no one keeping the food stocked and cleaning the tables. We had to walk clear away from the counter to dump the trash so not very convenient.

The breakfast was great. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and we liked that it also opened to the courtyard for outside air and still pretty private. We had a handicap accessible room, and it was well set up. We couldn't ask for more and the rate was affordable for us retirees. It will now be our #1 choice when we stay in Farminton.

Full breakfast was abundant had sausages, eggs, cereals, coffee and juices. Staff maintains breakfast areas very clean.

The room I was in developed a leak in the ceiling; staff quickly moved me to another room. I must add that the rooms are very large, well maintained, very clean and a fresh fragrance fills the rooms and hotel. Therefore, the move didn't affect my stay.

Facility was great value for the money, staff was friendly, facility was clean and organized!

Restaurant attached to building not open?? Seems like a lot of huge wasted space could be converted into indoor pool/ water park or indoor pool/ play area for kids just mentioning the potential for wasted real estate space.

The rooms were surprisingly immaculately nice and probably the cleanest ive ever seen a hotel room. The wall system with one wall being brick made the room nearly soind proof. It was calm, relaxing, comfortable and a great room to unwind. The bed was also incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was good for the price. Come on free breakfast with a room dar superuor to ones that cost you 4x as much? It was a small hot selection of food and again free. The price and quality of the hotel was so surprisingly great. Way better than any hotel in farmington, Holiday inn and Hampton included! The on site restraunt was great as well!

Be The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was great and very professional. She was also helpful with recommendations of places to eat and shop.

The door to our room could have been fixed. Just repair the hinges on the door and repair it so it would open and close without dragging.

The area was a good location. The hotel was nice...little outdated. The bed was comfortable. The heat worked. TV channels were great.

I didn't like the fact there was no elevator. Our room was on the second floor. My mom's knees were giving her a hard time because of the stairs. The other thing was no heat in the bathroom ..no exhaust fan either.

The room was nice and roomy, very comfortable. Was clean. The resteraunt connected to it had great food. We were visiting our son in farmington prison and the location was perfect for our visit

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. They had a great selection, but the food was overcooked and hard as a rock. My pancakes were crunchy, the biscuits were like hockey pucks.
