The people working were friendly. They had just experienced a storm/computer outing. Flexible ad kind. Breakfast was good. Spoke with maintenance/security worker who was very helpful in answering our questions abour dinner choices, etc.

No easy access to hotel. I could see it but wasn't sure of best routing to get to it. It was an older facility and we could tell they were working hard to update the rooms and other facilities. I will think a stay here later in the year will be different.

The faucet didn’t pour into the sink as much as it poured on the sink. We made a dam out of towels and washcloths to keep the water from going everywhere.

This is my favorite place to stay when we go to visit family in the area. Its centrally located, easy on and off the highway. The pools are clean and have easy access, the indoor pool is wheelchair accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, and oh, that bed!!!

We usually end up with an upstairs room, my husband uses a cane, and it makes it a little more difficult

water in shower had the shower nozzle stopped up the first night but asked for another one second night and it was great.

Very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good. The wifi was in and out. But other than that, I would stay here again

When I was taking a shower the hot water ran out after two minutes had to finish my shower with cold water

The only thing wrong was the door locking system didn't have the latch like it was supposed to it has been broken off

just had a good “feel” to it when we walked in-from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. the staff was super friendly and helpful. our room was clean and smelled fresh-not a “clean cover up” smell.

Really clean, and very comfortable! Location was great, close to just about everything in town and easy to get to. Staff were really nice also. Definitely will be staying again next time I'm in the area!
