The staff are kind and extend a feeling of home. My kids and I enjoy staying here frequently because of the modern, spacious,clean and comfortable rooms ! But we can’t forget to mention how much we love the heated pool/spa which closes late at 10pm and the buffet of dinner/snacks offered different every day starting at 5:30pm. Breakfast is served every morning buffet style but it’s the same every day; biscuits, gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs , DIY waffles and other continental breakfast items comparable to Comfort Inn and such. I find the price per night pretty reasonable because it includes all that I’ve mentioned. I’m a happy vacationer at Drury Inn & Suites in Poplar Bluff Missouri.

This was a really nice, comfortable stay. I really appreciated the 'kickback' meal that was complementary at dinner time. We were driving back from Galveston and after already being in the car for 10 hours the last thing I wanted to do was find dinner so to walk into that was an extremely pleasant surprise. The pool was super clean and just the right temperature. The breakfast was really good too. I'm so impressed with this company we'll probably only use these hotels from now on.

Something was up with our air-conditioner. It was really really loud when it would cycle on and off. It was working overtime because it was 97° outside and could have used a break. Other than that, the beds were almost too soft. My kids liked them but my preference is something firmer.

We didn't get in until late and the staff was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly! Made our stay flawless. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I have back problems but was able to get a good night's rest.

The only thing that I could say i didn't like was that there were only 3 pillows per bed I stead of 4. The toilet paper roll was underneath the cabinet in the bathroom. Very awkward and slide off and rolls across the floor very easily.

Friendly front desk staff. Beds were super comfortable -- quality mattress with cushioned top, pillows and bedding. Breakfast selections were fairly substantial and varied, though mostly typical processed hotel fare (powdered eggs, make-your-own waffles, super sweet Dannon yogurt, etc.). However, there was cooked oatmeal, which was a welcome option vs. the sugary instant packets. Added a banana, and I felt like I had a relatively healthy choice.

Location and food options Brittany was amazing filling multiple roles and helping out. There was also a tornado warning and there was a gentleman on staff who kept everyone calm and informed that was great! Great customer service everytime we stay!

We had issues with ac the first night so it was uncomfortable but once staff was aware they fixed asap.

It was one of the best hotels that i have stayed at during my whole vacation, including the state of Mississippi and Pensacola, Florida. There was a great dinner cooked, not instant! and breakfast that morning. and at dinner was offered 3 alcoholic beverages, which was well needed! The pool was great for my girls to swim in while i liked the hot tub better. It also had a place where i could go to check my emails on their computer, with a printer. We will definitely be back!

The only problem was that the bed was a bit soft, too soft for me but everyone else was fine. The dinner was over at 7pm and which was a bit early since we arrived a little later than check in, so we were a bit rushed, but still got to take our food to our room to eat for later and the kids ate in the cafeteria.

Rhonda was extremely nice, I've never met someone as nice as her. That's the kind of person all hotels need. Keep up the amazing work Rhonda, for as long as you're here I'll continue to come back.

The room was amazing and clean, until I found a roach crawling on the TV stand, I killed it, didn't see anymore.

The breakfast was pretty standard for motels, with a pleasing variety of options. The coffee was very good.

The "Whipped Spread" was dreadful! I won't use anything in lieu of butter that's "48% vegetable oil" and mostly water. I also don't care for using maple flavored sugar water as a substitute for maple syrup. No bacon? - it isn't breakfast.

Included dinner, drinks, breakfast, and all the amenities are always a super perk of staying at a Drury, this time around was a trip planned by my wife for my birthday, and the room was decorated and I was even given a card and small gift. Always will choose a Drury over any other hotel! Service is always A+ as well, all staff is super friendly and helpful, never felt disrespected and any and all questions were answered with no hesitation and a smile on their face!

My only complaint about the whole facility is the pool area was slightly small so it's difficult to have much privacy from other guests, there is also no bathroom in the pool area and you have to walk a decent bit to get to the restrooms (which could have possibly prevented the next problem), and after we arrived back from dinner, the pool and hot tub were closed because of a guests child having an accident (not the property's fault at all, and fully understand closing to clean properly) but that was a bummer because we planned to stay at a Drury for the extras, and it is one of the only properties in Bluff with a hot tub.

As a handicapped person, I would like to see handicap parking by the front entrance for easy accessibly. In fact, we never saw any handicap parking and had no choice but to take up several regular parking spaces.
