The rooms, breakfast and location were excellent.

The air conditioning was wonderful. If the option to keep the fan running was available, that would really be great. More parking for pickup sized vehicles would be nice. Visitors pulling trailers should be encouraged to park out of the street. They just take up so many spots. We could have used a microwave in the room.

The front desk manager was so friendly and engaging and she started off our stay right away with a great vibe. The breakfast bar coordinator as well as the cleaning staff were also cheerful and friendly which was very nice.

The breakfast was good for the portions I could eat but need gluten free options. There are so many people in the world that cannot have gluten and it's not difficult to offer some gluten free muffins or GF waffle mix along with the regular. So I was left eating eggs and bacon which aren't very filling when you cannot put a carb with them. The other challenge was the beds weren't very soft; Holiday Inn definitely has the beds beat but the cleanliness at your hotel is far better -tough trade-off.

The front desk worker at 9 pm was extremely helpful and nice. Thank you for helping make our trip more enjoyable. The rooms were extremely clean. I am an assistant manager at a hotel and this was the cleanest hotel beside ours that I've stayed. Thank you all for the hard work!

When we went down to breakfast, everything was out. We were missing our pull-out bedding bag in the room.

Delicious breakfast with lots of good choices. Friendly people throughout, and quiet rooms. Really liked the location ...easy to get to places in Sedalia.

The bed, for us, was a little soft. Used to firmer mattress.t

Location was good- near to main roads for easy access to returants and sites, plus easy commute to and from the Katy Trail. Nice to have breakfast available at the hotel so we could get an early start for our bike ride.

Clean, comfortable beds and good value.

There was a blue Chevy parked at the front door on Friday when we arrived. It was raining, and several cars were trying to unload. Saturday, the same car was still there. I assume it was an employee's car. I felt like that was very disrespectful to the paying customers to have to maneuver around this vehicle and unload in the rain instead. Otherwise a very good stay.

Breakfast was great. Pool was great. Rooms were clean.

Dealt with two front desk staff while there. Both were nice but not overly friendly. Hard to hear as they spoke softly, acting like they weren't interested in what I had to say. Both could have dressed a little nicer.

Good.

The bed could have been softer for me, but my family liked the firmness. So that's all up to your preference.

It’s clean & right next to a craft store !

The shower was cold on Saturday morning & the heater wouldn’t shut off . The east door out of the pool area didn’t want to open when your key card was used .
