Clean, amazing price. Manager upgraded us from a queen to a king at no extra charge. Nice area in a small town, easy access right off the main street. Heat and a/c worked great. Room had a microwave and refrigerator. Felt very safe unlike other places we've stayed in the past, no riff-raff loitering about. Not "modern" or "high-end" but if you're wanting a clean, quiet place to get a good night's sleep at an amazing price this is your place. I would stay there again.

No breakfast but a microwave and a mini fridge. Older place but a great value. Staff was polite and helpful. Recommend. Not a Hilton but worth staying.

It’s a vintage motel. Each year the owners have made improvements to the rooms, including a bigger mini fridge. It’s always quiet.

The towels were real. No bugs. No pesky fire alarms. Extra toilet paper. Loved the decor.
Two paintings were identical and I am of the opinion that they should be different.

The owner was and is very respectful . Everytime I have stayed there ,they have always been very respectful and always made sure I was happy with my stay and they made a point to make sure everything is very clean and good for you and your company.
I don't have anything I didn't like !! I love it there !!!!

Nice staff,fast service and just all out relaxing loved it so much instead of traveling to the lake of Ozarks like planned after our first night stay we went to stl and came back that evening

The room was clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. For the money, I was impressed with the room.
The chairs at the desk and table need to be shampooed.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very cordial. Great stay for a smaller, older hotel. Everything worked as it should and good resteraunt in walking distance.
No complaints from any of the 3 of us.
