Front staff needs to be more customer friendly. They weren't rude just not overly friendly. All were helpful and did they job well

Conveniently located off I70.

At night, entry into mid-industrial is difficult because the lighting is terrible. I know you have no control, but perhaps you can notify the city so they can repair the light that is out and allow access to Mid-Industrial from Ashely. It took us three try’s before we found it.

It was perfect for our stay and when I called to confirm and ask for adjoining room Shelli was excellent. She was very pleasant and answered all of my questions and requests on my confirmation call and when we arrived. Quiet even though off interstate. Breakfast was good and dining area clean. Rooms were clean and quiet except for the air/fan unit and I am a light sleeper so could just be me. Beds were very comfortable. Manager was on property the morning of our check out and also very pleasant and inquired about our stay.

The air conditioning unit was very loud even on low. Our fault but we checked out and when we got home that night found out we had left an item in the room. Called immediately before 6 pm to ask about it and it was not turned in to lost and found. But again our mistake but too bad people are not honest but can imagine they hear this all the time of people leaving property and honesty goes both ways. These are the only negatives I can say.

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food items to select Clean and the breakfast personnel was very nice and efficient. Mr. Nick Patel, general manager, was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Had a big room. Really spacious. BIG breakfast. Lots of options. Nice workers. I would definitely go again.

Clean room & quiet atmosphere.

Disappointed in breakfast which in past has been very good. The eggs appeared to be powdered & tasteless and bananas were the only fruit available. Past visits at other hotels offer omelets, waffles & various fruits.

How nice and friendly the staff was, the clean the building was and breakfast was good.
