Lovely hotel in downtown Columbia. Room was clean and quiet. Nice large bathtub if you're into that. Tiger Hotel is my choice if I feel like splurging.

This is one of Columbia's pricier hotels but with fewer amenities. Valet parking at $18 per night and no complimentary breakfast. Small in-room refrigerator but you have to remove all of the hotel drinks (that they want you to purchase) to use it. Bathtub/shower combo seriously needs a grab bar.

Nice, big, clean suite. Historic building in a great neighborhood in Columbia just next to campus.

I couldn’t get either TV in our suite to work and neither could by 19/20 year old kids who are very adept at that. “No signal” no matter what you changed the input to. There were no pillows and sheets for pull-out sofa bed anywhere in the room so we had to call down for them very late. On a positive note, when we did, they were very prompt and friendly.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Columbia. Looks to have been recently renovated. Room was large, comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants, stores, etc. My wife absolutely LOVED their oversized bathtub - and took full advantage of it. Hotel staff were helpful, attentive, friendly.

There are only two elevators. They are small. One was out of service. Did not see clearly marked signage for fire exits.

We were supposed to check in at 3:00 pm. Our room was not ready. The desk agent said our room was to be #401, and he was going to text me when it was ready. No text, no phone call, nothing! I waited and arrived at 4:00 pm and was told our room just became available and we were switched to #301. Not a good experience!

It was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted with friendly staff and smiles each time we walked into the lobby. Our room was upgraded and it turned out to be a beautiful room! We have already started planning our return!

Rooms and bathrooms very large and spacious. Location in downtown is the best selling point. Connected taproom and Cafe, super convenient

Prices much higher than other area hotels. They raise rates exponentially on special weekends for the university so that only on weekdays is it ever reasonably priced

Location of the hotel was excellent

No temperature control in room. A unit was there but it did not work. Lack of furniture in the suite extra room. Cost of bottled water over $5:00.

I think they could have been more clear about the valet fee. I had to call to ask what a charge was. Thye had a hard time figuring out what I meant because the charge ddid not say what it was for!

great location, had a great coffee shop, taproom and Glen’s Cafe was excellent. Hotel had lots of character and old charm. Convenient and inexpensive parking across the street in a parking garage.

Lobby bathroom was not very clean and had no toilet paper or paper towels. The carpets throughout the hotel needed vacuuming.

Loved everything about this hotel (except the gym)! The hotel was quaint, well kept, staff was wonderful, and in a perfect location! Also, the breakfast at Glenn's was wonderful!

Gym--lack of equipment and incredibly hot.
