Seamless operations; simple check in and simple rooms. Enjoyed being able to pull up right outside of our door. Allowed a late checkout and staff were simple and pleasant. But you are getting what you pay for; luckily we were ok with stained towels and dust bunnies under the nightstand.

Lack of amenities. No breakfast and vending machines were out of the more popular products. There was some late night ruckus in the parking lot but security was on it! I do not, however, like that you are not allowed to have any guests at all that aren't registered to the room.

Rhonda the night clerk was friendly and very accommodating. The room was very nice. Rhonda upgraded due to we needed a 1st floor room and she didn't have the king room on 1st floor. She gave us a suite and it was wonderful. Thank you Rhonda for the wonderful service.

For breakfast I wish it was a hot breakfast. I understand due to Covid why it was muffins

the computer had booked a smoking room when the booking.com page said “non-smoking” but the front desk people checked that and found a nicer room instead

There was no breakfast that I knew of, but I pack my own anyway, so that doesn't matter to me.

They seemed to be understaffed, it was after 3 before I could check in.

Close to interstate. Clean room. Good price. If you are traveling thru it is a perfect place to stop.

Could have more staff to help. Stopped in on a Friday hit the rush. Help was great but she could use help.

The location was out by hwy 70 which was convenient for hitting the hwy but a bit away from downtown Columbia

Bed spread was pretty stained and dirty looking, bathtub was stained and not so nice looking. Room could have used a little more attention to detail, but overall was ok.

great value for the price, the room are clean, and smelled like fresh linens when you walk in the door, the room is also a good size. has a good size tv. allows two pets for free.

The woman who checked me in was amazing and super friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet for a one-night stay. I'm glad they had laundry facilities onsite as I was on my way back home from a road trip and it was nice to get some laundry done before returning home. Easy on and off the interstate and close gas stations, restaurants, etc.
