Enjoyed our 1st room #324, place to eat, and was able to actually have room to move around (space). Quite, clean, beautiful entery. Everyone was respectful of each other, enjoyed talking with the staff and making them laugh. Breakfast was good, and thank you again for breakfast 😋!!

BBQ area was covered in ants and wasn't able to sit down to enjoy the area without them crawling or biting. The hot tub and pool were okay until you stirred up the bottom of it. The collected dirt and bugs started floating. 2nd room #302 my opinion I don't think the room was properly done. I ended up with a small piece of glass in my foot, and the bottom was black from dirty floors.

Breakfast was better than the average motel fare. Staff was on top of what items needed to be replaced. We stayed on a night that the motel was having their "Social time" which included a chicken pasta dish, bread sticks, salad and our choice of wine, beer or soft drinks. This was a wonderful blessing since we were tired after driving all day! The motel provided us with an excellent dinner!

The complementary washers & dryers need to be serviced. Only 1 out of 3 washing machines worked properly. One dryer was out of service and a wire had come loose on another dryer which prevented the clothes from getting dry. Staff did fix the loose wire as soon as it was reported so I only marked the facilities down by one star.

Breakfast was great except Friday morning the lady working the breakfast was very rude. We borrowed the ketchup and planned on putting it right back, and she came over to our table and said with an attitude you need to give that ketchup back to me so everyone can use it. It was what she said and how she said it! Never once a good morning to anyone, no smile just looked miserable the whole time. Saturday morning the young lady was so much more friendly and welcoming!

We loved everything about our stay other than the one lady working the breakfast buffet Friday morning.

The staff was great and everything was super clean and comfortable. The pool area was warm and clean, the kids loved it. We will definitely look for Staybridge for future travel plans. The night counter lady was amazing, informative, and super fun.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that our key cards were shut off an hr before checkout. This made it to where one of us had to stay in the room while the other hauled all of our stuff to the vehicle. It made things quite inconvenient and the day counter guy was not apologetic at all. A simple apology goes a long way.

I got a spacious suite and it was very clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Receptionist was very kind. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

One tiny thing, our room's door didn't like to open very good. Seemed like the door latch mechanism wasn't retracting back far enough to open the door. You really had to force the handle down and I even had to nudge the door a little with my shoulder.

Everything about the suite was great as far as the size of the rooms, kitchenette makes it feel more like home, and the set-up of the bathroom was good. The suite was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly.

The hot tub water wasn't hot and the pool area seems somewhat rundown. A couple of the drapes had tears in the fabric and one of the easy chairs had a rip in the seam of one arm.

I liked the location, I liked the fact that we had a nice size living room and little kitchen. Was very clean and staff was super friendly and accommodating when we had an issue with noise disturbance from other guests

It’s unfortunate that whomever built this hotel did not put enough insulation in between the floors above you. Stomping and jumping from children and hard walking adults was very disturbing. The pool was kind of gross and there was no water in the hot tub. The sink in the kitchen leaked water onto the floor.

The staff was very friendly and quick to help. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. The room was very clean, as well as the rest of the hotel that we saw.

The room was a little smaller than we expected, but was still nice. The pool was closed for our entire stay, but that was no fault of the staff we met.

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was amazing. Every room we stayed in was immaculate, and they were able to accommodate an "early check in" as we were staying night by night during our fathers hospital stay. So, they got a clean room for us to move to at check out time and quickly got our second room ready. The location is very convenient. Close to the highways, walmart, and places to eat. Our dog was welcomed with lots of lovins. We will definitely come again.

The elevators were a little dirty, buy they were high traffic places.

The room was nice and breakfast.

My towel had dried blood on it. I called the front desk and they said they apologize and to put the towel out fir house keeping to get it. I had to call customer service to have the situation handled properly. The front desk receptionist, O'Shea, is too friendly with teenagers. He didn't know I was behind my teenager while he was asking him where he's going and about to do. Then the teenagers went to the desk for an extra blanket. He gave them items for free while having too friendly conversation with them.
