The amenities being open at all times is amazing. Hurt and cramping up from days being crammed in a car and decided to soak in the water to relax enough to sleep and it was nice to find it was open and available at the witching hour to help. Pet friendly and aware of the best rooms to place us so the pets don't bother others is great detail to needs of guests. He barks when a lot of people pass the room or linger in hallway so being on the end next to only the elevator and a stairwell makes that perfect.

Remodel has posted updates that aren't 100% correct. Had some paint on curtains and overspray on floors but was posted rooms remodeled on floor were completed.

The free breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent in getting a room cleaned so that we could check in at noon. The handicapped parking close to the building was excellent. The hotel was quiet at night---which was great!

Bed was very uncomfortable and was too high off the ground. My mom and I (who are 5 foot zero) had a very hard time getting into the bed. The bed was too hard. There seemed to be a rod or spring right where my hips were which made sleeping almost impossible.

Great breakfast , Comfortable beds, friendly staff and we had fun in the pool with our grandchildren. We had a problem with the toilet and we told the office and it was fixed by the next day. So I recommend this hotel.

It would be nice to make the pool look cleaner, by repainting the turquoise color of the pool and jacuzzi… and scrub the pretty blue tiles. They look brownish maybe due to hard water :)

My partner and I stayed one night. Everything was in order, clean except the little green pill I found on the floor. It blended in the carpet pattern so well, it was easily missed by cleaning staff. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast, nothing fancy- which I prefer. They seemed to be short handed that morning but the staff did well under pressure.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my bf. He was really stiff in the morning. Coffee in the room was terrible but 5 coffee creamers later and it was bareable. At least til I got to the local Scooters.

The breakfast was mediocre. Standard hotel breakfast food.

This Hampton was being renovated so I am sure the reviews going forward will be better. The ceiling tile was falling down in the pool area and extremely warm in the pool area. A few guests left the pool area to sit outside to cool down during my visit to the pool with my grandson.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was really good and Jane who worked at the breakfast bar was so kind and friendly. Made breakfast a wonderful experience each morning. Rooms were nice and the staff was very quick to supply anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay.

The pool was a little cloudy, but that did not stop us from using it each day.

Everything was fine. We were happy to see renovations. We've stayed at the Hampton many times over the years on our way to Abilene, Ks. Breakfast was good though I prefer scrambles eggs and bacon.

Hot Hot coffee. other than that everything was wonderful!!

Options for those who don’t drink coffee work very limited. Milk or cocoa would be nice. Other than the sausage in the gravy And the eggs, there were not any other protein choices, such as bacon or sausage, links, or patties.

The breakfast hostess was so happy and welcoming. She absolutely brought sunshine to our morning.

The hotel is older. It could use some updated carpet. Eventhough it was old it was clean!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices and it was well stocked even though we got there an hour before it stopped. I would recommend this place. We have stayed twice and not been disappointed.
