It was a very nice and comfortable and the extras (coffee pot, refrigerator, micro) very helpful for my husbands medicines.. bed was comfortable and internet access was good. But most of all clean. really appreciate that as my husband with an immunity issue is necessary for his health.

TV was a challenge would have been nice to have a paper copy of the programs available with channels.. instead having to QR code to go thru each program and try to find channels we liked for viewing.. unnecessary time wasted ... especially when your an older person who is not techno savvy

When I walked in ...it smelled clean ..and I was instantly happy .. the front desk staff morning and at night was awesome!

The lady that cleaned our room ...check out isn't until 12 it wasn't 12 yet snd we had to go to his doctor but was going to be back we even called they Said no worries then we got there the lady at the front was very nice and we walked to the room and the house keeper wldnt even let us in...she Said . No come in I already clean to bad . I loved the jaquezzi tub ..but it does have a loud ringing sound..:( It was irritating because we received bad news and we needed a min to collected our thoughts ..but oh well we managed to collect them in the car.. Other then that I loved it overall I was willing to overlook the tiny issues because the front desk ladies and because I am still so impressed with how clean it was

We traveled to MS from SD and back. We stayed in 3 different hotels. This was the nicest one of all 3, and I think they were all choice hotels. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was down. But that happens. It's the small things. I like the nightlight in the plug-ins in the bathroom. Nice for the middle of the night. The black out shades that came down and the air system worked right where in the other hotels they didn't. The girl at the desk could have been more friendly, and I could barely hear her when she spoke. Overall, it was a good stay.

Front desk staffer was hard for me to understand due to a very heavy accent, but she was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was nothing special, just the usual hotel continental, but fresh and well stocked.

Same problem most hotels have it seems. Bed very high and tv stand very low making it impossible to view from prone position on the bed.

Very nice value and unexpected high quality new room accommodations. No concerns!

Free breakfast included nice scrambled eggs and whole wheat bread to toast. For people who need high protein low carb meals(diabetic/prediabetic people) consider adding non sugar cereal like toasted O’s and a plain yogurt. Strawberry Yoplait is good, but contains 2 teaspoons of sugar in each container.

The property was clean and spacious. Our room was great! The bed was huge and I liked being able to see my car right outside our window. The breakfast in the morning was great as well!

Our only qualm was that it was a little bit noisy. Being on the first floor we could hear EVERYTHING above us, and it did sound like a family of elephants were staying in the room above us. Other than that it was great!

We loved the hot tub, the pool. The room was nice and clean! The breakfast was plentiful. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy and potatoes.

Upon arriving it smelt strong of cigarettes and fabuloso. We encountered a used cigarette sitting on a water fountain, not the hotels fault but someone who's inconsiderate of others. There was a smoking penalty for anyone caught smoking which is great. Strobing light in our room.

Everything was amazing except the elevator.The breakfast, the staff, the comfortable beds, parking, location, etc

The elevator was broke down most of our stay. I understand these things happened but when you hear the staff talk about how scary it's been sounding for a while and then it breaks down that is pretty scary.

The breakfast was good. It had a good variety of options. Hotel staff who were eating breakfast should step back and let guests go first.

The people above me were walking around their room until very late (4 am) and it kept me awake. Also people filling their ice buckets at the ice machine outside of my room (rm 112) until 12:30 am kept me awake. It would be nice if that was disabled after 11 pm.

hotel was good, price was good. clean room. breakfast was good. not issue at all other than at the check in desk.

the staff person running the check in counter was rude and unprofessional with our techs during check in. Not very helpful or polite. might review how this person treats guests.
