The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was OK, and we appreciated the convenient location for our road trip stop-over. Staff was friendly and helpful in choosing a room that was close to the door where we could park. The mini fridge worked great, and the breakfast was handy. Although unloading our luggage was a nuisance because of the interior hallway, it WAS nice to be able to walk down an interior hallway to breakfast! One mom and her kids came down in jammies!

The proximity to the freeway was a bit daunting for the dogs when we took them out for potty breaks. Also, the fact that we had to schlep our things from across the drive into the building, and down the hall a few yards was a bit of a nuisance. We were very grateful there was a cart to help! Also, the staff went out of their way to give us a room near the exterior door, which helped.

Actually, I enjoyed everything about it. Hotel was adjacent to the highway and to businesses. Around if you wanted to do some shopping get some food.Everything was pretty close. I have no complaints.I would stay there again.

Tub drained slowly. Door & toilet paper dispenser need a little TLC. Curtains don't close completely. Temperature was perfect for me, but the air conditioner/heater was not adjustable. A few minor cosmetic items in the bathroom could be addressed. Adding eggs and bacon sausage to the breakfast would improve it immensely.

Price was tolerable. When on road trips, we only need a clean, bug free bed to sleep before moving on. This place checks all the boxes and throws in a hot breakfast. Our room was very spacious with a setting area. The location although located near an interstate was peaceful with little road noiise. Should we ever be traveling near Columbia MO again, we would choose to stay here again.

the refrigerator froze everything--I didn't check to see if I could adjust it before I put in my food. Other than that, it was great.

The Ramada is clean, comfortable and relatively quiet, as well as being excellent value for money. It's in the middle of a highway intersection so can be a little tricky to navigate in and out of at first but it's very convenient for downtown Columbia.

Staff was very friendly and helpful there reservation was actually made for a different hotel but they found me a room and got me in anyway and they were very nice and professional the breakfast was great and again the staff was awesome in their rooms were very clean the beds were comfy so comfy everything was awesome I love the place I will always stay there when I come to visit my family in Columbia

Custopmer service was great; professional, friendly, responsive.

We had a hard time getting the room keys to work...had to try many times before it worked. The bathroom fan was not working at first, motor is going bad. The breakfast was ok, but not much selection; no hot food except waffles.

They raise their rates due to football game. Sa m e room next night was $82. My booking said king smoking room but it is a smoke free motel. Need to get their advertising correct. Also "pet friendly" is DOGS only. They do not accept cats. Pet friendly is false advertising!

Booking.com falsely advertises the room that was available when the hotel didn’t even offer the room to begin with

Hotel was great people were great customer beds. Everything was great my issues with booking.com.
