Very large room, everything worked and outlets were viable, very comfortable bed, and good bathroom area for dogs in grass outside.

There was an issue with the system when I checked in and it did not show we prepaid on booking.com so I was charged twice. The receptionist did end up fixing it, but was not very nice about it and charged my card anyways when I tried to tell her it was already paid for.

Comfortable room, clean

No cups in the room, Person in the floor above didn't settle down for the night until after midnight. Kept walking around, dropping things. Need more insulation. When I went to get something from the "complete" breakfast as advertised - Got a half cup of coffee - empty, A few chocolate muffins the rest was just granola bars. Disappointed.

Quiet, pets allowed, comfortable bed. AC worked very well. Staff was amazing.

A guy was constantly speeding in and out of parking lot with no consideration for pedestrians and dogs. I made a complaint at front desk. The issue was promptly resolved.

Close to highway, easy to find. Beds are comfortable and rooms were clean

No one at the front desk after 7pm which is early still but I got what I needed the next morning.

It was clean and roomy. I loved having a kitchenette

Even though our room was smoke-free, the cigarette smell was noticeable when I went to sleep. Must be furniture from when smoking was allowed or guests disregard the no smoking in room agreement. This however will not prevent us from using ESA again. I plan to just drop a few drops of lavender essential oil on a cotton ball and put near my pillow. Wala!
