The property is close to Mizzou, with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is a big area that was perfect for family gatherings, large and small. There is a restaurant and bar onsite, should not want to leave with great staff. Sarah was quick with drink and friendly. The gym is very large and well equipped. There is an indoor and outdoor pool available. And guest services went above and beyond to help us with our third party reservations.

We did not have breakfast

The lighting in the room was poor. The booking information stated that there was a sofa, instead there were only a couple of chairs. On each side of the dresser were multiple outlets with two very bright green lights shining right at the beds. In order to get some rest, we had to cover them up with pillows. We also placed pillows on the floor in front of the door to keep the room dark - the gap letting light into the room from the hallway was very large.

Classic Holiday Inn…could use some updating to decor but pretty well maintained. Room was comfortable & quiet. Breakfast is extra but it is a nice buffet with table service for clean up.

Overpriced but football weekend so they all were. They had laundry facilities but everything took quarters and no change machine on property and no change at front desk. Elevator buttons need lights fixed so you know if going up or down!

The front desk receptionist was thorough with telling us about the facilities and the Sports Bar and Grill. The food was excellent. The room was pristine.

Need a little instruction on using the tv remote for older people. 🤦‍♀️

Location of the Miss Missouri Pageant that we were involved with. Lots of space, great conference center for the pageant. Rooms close together for family as requested, close to amenities, i.e. other restaurants, mall. Hotel had great breakfast included in our package

OLD hotel and needs to be renovated. especially bathrooms, elevators, carpets, etc

Big and spacious. Lots of room available for family to gather. The Zone was a nice spot to stop by in the evening for a drink.

The fitness center had lots of equipment. Staff was very kind. It was close the the mall and lots of Restaurants and stores.

The location was great. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable!

The breakfast was so so at best. Certainly not worth $10 a person.

Did not receive a receipt for my stay. The hotel said booking.com would provide it but they didn't either. This is unexceptable.

Room was newly renovated. I loved not having motel carpet!

Nearby ice machine was noisy. Front desk would not make change so I could leave a tip for the cleaning staff. Location is not walkable to downtown.
