My room was very clean and in good shape. The fixtures worked fine and it was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great!

The entryway needs to be more pronounced. It looked like I was going through a back door and the handicap door opener did not work. The rooms are definitely NOT sound proof. Someone running and jumping above me but it did not keep me awake. Upon entry and exit the desk person was no where and I had to search for someone to help me. They need a bell or number to call if they are away from the desk. Took a very long time to get my receipt to check out due to this.

it was close to my destination, it was fairly clean, and I know I had service dog , but the room they put us in. we were told had dog in it night before. the nice big chair to sit in was covered with short dog hair. not what I wanted to sit on. the floors were not real clean and had to ask for remote for tv. and was told dog night before ate the remote. the room when we got there was so strong from cleaning. we had to open windows, it was hard to breath. luckily I travel with extra sheet and put over chair to set on. the second bed was in another room. if not for window the smell and heat would of been terrible, only one tv as extra room only had bed. but for the price and one night we made it work. Finding the entrance was hard just one small door with a rot iron fence leading up to it. no elevator.. and there was actually no grass around it. so if you had pet/service dog. had to walk out and up hill and over to grass way out front of a restaurant. of course we always pick up. but going out in the pouring rain several times was soaking the dog and me. but no bugs. and it was worth the price , but would I suggest it or stay stay there again NO!!!

It snowed on Sat while I was there and a very kind gentleman on your staff hurried out as I was sadly contemplating how I was going to get in my car to go to work and swept the snow off my car. This IA 10 star service and I have bragged about it to just about everyone I know. I am sorry that I didn't get his name but he is wonderful advertising for your hotel. I will definitely stay there again should the need arise

The building is older and rather dated but it is kept clean, tidy and had a very clean bathroom. This is something a LOT of higher end hotels fail to provide. You are to be commended for how hard your staff works to keep your customers happy and returning

Why people saying no breakfast here but I’ll see in the morning. They have a very light breakfast. They are serving juice, coffee, denny’s granola bars and apples and banana I’ll get it at breakfast in the morning but I’ll see some reviews on booking said no breakfast. It’s not true. They have a breakfast. The room is so nice and bed was comfortable, friendly staff and knowledgeable.

Clean comfortable room. Bed was a little too "springy" compared to what I'm used to but it was comfortable enough. I love the crisp clean fresh white linens! Plenty of towels in the bathroom. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was delicious, more than I expected for a continental breakfast. I would stay here again if in the area.

I like how close they are to multiple restaurants and also Quiktrip. It made it easy for filling up. Also, very close to the downtown

They just need an elevator. It's not their fault. The facility just has a weird layout and had to take stairs to the 3rd floor. Again, not on them.

Great one night stay here. Reception: great welcome from the front desk. Check in: check in was easy; no hassles at all. Services: great breakfast. Relaxing and restaurant nearby The cell connectivity in the room…!!!!

I was impressed. The staff really cares and the place was immaculate. The prices were better than fair for that territory and we had a great stay no problem nice place all right. I look forward to staying again.

I can't say that I found anything I didn't like. As I'm sitting here thinking I simply can't think of anything. If I do I will update.

We arrive 8 PM and we checking the Desk Clark was max his nice guy. Explain everything very well before the check-in. He just telling me they shifted over the TV cable and TV is not working, butI have never mind. And I understand they have to upgrade with a new technology, so it’s a normal for me

Pleasant place to stay. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good location to restaurants. Easy access to highway. Would definitely consider staying again. Note though that this is an animal friendly place. If there should be any annoyance, just contact the front desk for assistance.
