Everything was great except the staff.

Pricing could have been less confusing; their quote for pet fees was confusing. The main reason we did not stay was the staff. They were not very attentive and even seem irritated when asked questions. Also, when we left there were not any carts to move our belongings out. We had to carry everything ourselves.

This hotel has the best staff ever. They are so loving and they truly care about you and making your stay the best possible in every way.

The bed

The room was not cleaned very well

It had an elevator to get to the third floor where our room was located.

It was close to the highway. We didn't have a great view.

The air conditioning worked, the TV and space were adequate

There was a roach in the bathroom, the sheets had stains on them and the cost was $220 a night which was way too high for the lack of blankets or clean sheets and old shower head.

Peace and quiet

No heat and took forever for the water to get hot

I liked that it had a kitchenette, and that dogs were allowed. I also liked the gazebo for smokers. I met some really great people there. I love the laid back atmosphere here. They are very welcoming and friendly.

I didn’t like the price for what we got. The internet didn’t work at all. Our air conditioner was broken and sprayed water across the floor the whole entire stay forcing us to keep towels down, the plug ins didn’t work but the one on the light did. The bed was VERY loud lol. The door to the gazebo didn’t work with key card so you always have to walk around.
