Hot tub very big hotel nice facilities

The staff was amazing! Zoe and Iyana at the Front Desk were so kind and accommodating! There was an issue at check-in and they handled it quickly and effortlessly! We loved the entire property! Beautiful theming and loved the pool and hot tub area. Every staff member we talked to was so sweet! Our room with a hot tub and fireplace was gorgeous. This was our first time at a Stoney Creek and we have already booked another stay with Stoney Creek!

Unfortunately, the hot tub jets weren't working at the time. But they did inform us before we checked in. I appreciate the honesty and that they were upfront with us.

We love stoney creek and being able to swim outside in the freezing cold. Staff was friendly and kind. The seating around the hotel for families to gather and have dinner or play games while having couch's to sit on out in the hall.

The pool room was way too cold. The water fountain in the Jacuzzi not working stinks. That is part of what makes it such a unique stay to us. The sound of the waterfalls while floating in the hot springs in Colorado. (In my imagination of course.)

It was a very nice room. The only thing I have to complain about was I didn't make reservations for the room we had. It was very nice but more expensive than the room I should've had. The were 2 school buses and there was young people everywhere. I would say room was changed by Stoney Creek. Our room should have been the same price as when reservation was made. It cost little over 200.00 dollars for one night. Watch when making reservations and the room you get when you arrive. Bad business!

It was nice and roomy and not in a big city. It felt like we were in a log cabin in the countryside.Clean, quiet, amazing medium soft bed and fluffy pillows. The room had a nice refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large TV. Very large room for comfort. I would stay there again when stopping in Missouri.

The only thing I didn’t like, was the tub didn’t drain when I was taking a shower. It filled up past my ankles. Plus there was nothing to hold on to. I forgot to tell the staff because we were in a hurry in the morning.

I love the theme and decor of the hotel. The front desk staff was professional and our check in was quick. The bartender Dakota was amazing on New Years Eve, a very nice guy!

The pool area. The tiles on the ceiling looked to have water damage or needed to be repaired in some way. Was covered by white paper or plastic I couldn't tell. Paint was chipping all throughout the bottom of the hottub( maybe pool not sure i was in the hot tub). The hot tub was cold not hot at all and the over all pool area was freezing the kids and adults didn't stay long we stayed maybe 30 minutes. Over all decor I liked wished we could have enjoyed it longer.

Atmosphere

I noticed around all the halls and all the bedrooms nobody’s cleaning the corner so many things can do that the edges of the walls. It appears like nobody ever goes back and does all the walls corners. They probably need to plan a day a month to do that every two months but it’s obvious it’s pretty bad Even in the room all around the edge of the room floor is up gross that just hadn’t gotten vacuum for a while and then that’s the same amount very obvious and the lobby and hallways wouldn’t take that much to occasionally get those edges.

We've stayed here several times and find it convenient. Its comfortable, given the price of the rooms and is easy to get to the major places in Columbia that we are interested in going to.

Although we do like the hotel, some of the interiors are dated. In this room we had several light bulbs that did not work and the wallpaper was coming off in almost every part of the bathroom.

My room was very clean and well stocked. The pool was clean and cold even though it was in the 90's. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ate at the bar twice and the food was good. Terri the bartender was super nice. There was a full breakfast every morning with a lot of options. Overall I had a great stay and look forward to my next stay.

It's a large hotel and I did a lot of walking.

The room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast one day. The staff were outstanding in addressing our issues with the key cards and giving ideas for restaurants. Everyone was friendly plus the overall atmosphere was great. Thank you!!

The key card reader on our room needed repairs and the heat lamp above the in room Jacuzzi needed replacement. Addding a few more washcloths to the shower area would be helpful. Just two isn’t enough. The staff were very gracious in getting me more at the front desk. Overall, it was a good experience though.
