The food was great from the 5:30-7pm kickback, BBQ pulled pork, mac & cheese, coleslaw. The drinks from the bar was a great surprise. Breakfast was great as well. I wish our 3 drink ticket had Mimosas in the morning. The room was nice plenty of storage bathroom was great size. The indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub was a great stress reliever.

The beds, way to soft i have a memory foam mattress & the softness of the bed made getting comfortable. The bedding was nice & comfortable. The shower we had a handicapped room & it was definitely a roll in shower but water went everywhere so I wish there would have been just a little lip to keep the water in the shower.

Excellent experience. Breakfast and dinner included, plus a free drink at cocktail hour. (Although I missed the dinner and cocktail hour both nights we stayed, I caught the breakfast and it was very nice.) The room was very clean and comfortable, large television, no complaints on cleanliness anywhere in the hotel. We also utilized the coin washer and dryer while we were there. Staff was mostly very friendly, save for one boy at the check-in desk acting like we were wasting his time. Plenty of delicious food available for delivery nearby as well. A very pleasant experience!

The only downside I found to this hotel (or at least my room on the 3rd floor) is that you cannot crack the windows at all, and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. So if you have leftover food takeout or 2+ people staying in the room using the same bathroom, you get stuck with ambient smells and humidity. The fan on the a/c seemed to do a good job of fixing that for us.

The breakfast was hot, fresh and a great variety of options. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

We were excited to learn about the free nightly drinks, snacks and dinner, unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy them due to our scheduling not aligning with the timing. (maybe if that had a slightly different or longer option that would be helpful)

I feel like the price point compared to what you get is a great value. Our family stayed here on our way to TN, and enjoyed it so much that we stayed again on our back home. Key points I really like about the hotel: -Dinner provided(includes three free adult beverages) -Breakfast provided -Indoor/outdoor pool you can use year round(it connects by way of a sliding door, which you can swim underneath). -Jacuzzi

Not much to complain about. We stayed on the fifth floor this time, and the water pressure was pretty weak.

Efficient hotel, nothing particular great or bad. Helpful staff.

Limited breakfast options (towards increasing your shirt size). Noisy A/C equipment close to my room window. When I booked the room, I couldn't change the dates (I wanted to extend the duration) and I end up making three reservations for 1+1+3 nights. I was asked to go through the check-in / check-out process and show my ID 3 times. Funny people. The hotel is kind in the middle of some road crossings, and it takes some brave heart to reach Columbia center by foot (I know, it is a strange habit to walk). The hotel is efficient also in taking advantage of events in the town (prices going up).

Love Drury hotels….this was the best one yet! Pool and hot tub were sparkling despite a huge softball tournament there. Popcorn, drinks and dinner/breakfast delicious as always. Cassidy was such a sweetheart upon checkin, what a delight as all the staff. Room was a pleasant surprise (suite) just lovely; bed was comfortable, shower hot/great water pressure with fluffy towels. Will be back😎

Nothing perfect stay….great personal and property

We were centrally located to downtown and all the places we wanted to go. The breakfast and dinner had good variety of options to choose from. The room had everything we wanted. It was clean, as was the hotel. The front desk was very nice and helpful.

The room had most everything we needed. However, the rooms need to have the larger refrigerators that have small freezers. I had medication that required the gel ice packs and we weren’t able to keep them frozen. In the end, I had to use ice in an insulated cup for the day.

Breakfast has plenty of great tasting fresh options. The dinner was the same. Fitness area was clean and nice. The room was clean and well kept. They are doing some construction right now but are very mindful to keep it away from majority of the hotel. There were some booths stores in an open alcove but that was the only indication of any construction.

The beds could have been softer and the pillows were a little flat.

Very good breakfast buffet, and we were pleasantly surprised by the early-evening "kickback" - happy hour featuring beverages and buffet. Chef Gloria checked in on us personally to make sure all was well.

The only small negative was extremely bright lights from the parking lot coming through the window - but the blackout curtains took care of that.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during check-in and later that afternoon. They were very professional and and asked several times if I needed anything or had any questions. Both dinner & breakfast provided were very nice and delicious. The staff working the meals made certain that everything was satisfactory and made all of us feel right at home.
