The staff are some of the nicest people you could have during your stay. The hotel is the cheapest in the area yet has everything you'll need plus comfort. I stayed here for weeks and it was never loud. Housekeepers ask if you need any service every day. I had an amazing stay. They cared about our situation and truly cared. Worth every penny. Plus their doing some remodels and seem to always be working very hard to keep this place in good condition.

Convenient location. Easy access. The manager and staff were very kind and attentive to my needs. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The shower tub was clean but needed to be resurfaced. The drain stopper to the bathroom sink wasn't connected to the pull rod. The lighting in the room was adequate, but there was a moment that I wished the ceiling light had been brighter brighter to better see the microwave controls. Everything was else fine.

Very clean, good location, easy access, plenty of parking, pet friendly, nice green area for pets.

I’m sure it’s a common practice, but I was there to meet my niece and view the eclipse and they more than doubled the room rates for the weekend. I gave OVER $400 for three nights and the typical rate is about 53 or $54 a night.

Well everything! However, there was a snow storm and the manager or owner went and got his ice scraper out of his vehicle for me to use and that was just a went above and beyond type of service. Thank u kindly

Location. Friendly employees. Great breakfast. I had an issue with A/C and TV. The front desk was fast to respond and issues was resolved

Location was good for us visiting family in West Plains. Place wasn't as busy as those on the freeway so parking was no problem like others are if arriving late. Room was clean and the size was fine for two people.

So it said they included breakfast but apparently they had been shut down by health department for food not being at right temp more than once. Also the king bed in our room was comfortable, but squeaky..

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with. Very nice.

The tub in the bathroom was not clean as it should have been. Overall a good stay.

I was very happy with my accommodations. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The rate for the room fit my budget perfectly.

The bathtub was slick. It needs gripping stickers.
