It was a few days in paradise for me. I dreamt of visiting Big Sky for years. I am happy I did. The snowy mountains made me smile! I stayed at the charming, comfortable, and beautiful resort. I chose the studio with a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed at accommodations at the Village Center. The breakfast and laundry were complimentary. Thank you very much to professional and friendly front desk ladies, Ruth, Anna(?), the bell hop, Sam, and night crew, Jarod, for making me feel welcome! 🙏🏽😊❤️

We paid a little more than the going rate for a hotel room but got so much more—and things we are not used to getting. We are definitely not accustomed to having someone carry our luggage and transport us to our room, but we very much appreciated it. The room itself with full kitchen and appliances and the closet space were awesome for a longer stay; sadly we only stayed one night. The bathroom was nice and roomy. We enjoyed the living space to converse with the friends we came with. Having our bed prepared while we were at dinner was something we were shocked about even after being told about it. It was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the lifts rides helped us get more pictures. We all noticed that every employee was EXTREMELY polite and very hospitable. We enjoyed it here very much.

Several restaurants were not open later and we would’ve liked the buffet breakfast—even though breakfast was very good.

Ski in, ski out - great location Housekeeping staff was fantastic Maintenance staff (had briefly needed for a drain clog) is also super responsive Super clean rooms and bathrooms Valet who drives your things to your room upon checking in (vice versa) are a gem -

Lines at breakfast buffet & sometimes had to wait then fir a table after getting in to the dining room Needs a better system cause they can’t handle the load of people there

The room was luxurious and well appointed with a small kitchen. The view of the mountain out of the window was beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I wasn’t aware our room also came with two lift tickets, but we took all three lifts up and hiked down and it was lovely. The village is so convenient for food, drinks and a little shopping. Was the last day of our vacation after coming thru Yellowstone so we felt pampered and were extremely happy with the hotel.

Slope side lodging that was very convenient for skiers. Comfortable reading lounge area in the Village Center.

Limited restaurants for dinner unless you are willing to drive down the mountain to town for a bigger selection. The breakfast buffet has a very cumbersome and inefficient check in system which creates a long waiting line. The food quality of this buffet has declined.

We loved the ski -out location . The staff at the desk were always friendly and helpful. Josh with the bell staff was awesome and got us to our room with no stress!

While it was very good, the line for breakfast was very, very slow at times. Also, the matresses in the room were pretty uncomfortable. I would expected them to be updated for the price paid.

Location is the best in the resort next two the two fastest lifts. One can easily come back for lunch in the middle of the ski day if necessary.

Hot tub could get crowded as it is very small. Minor issue if that is not the focal point of our stay.

What a fabulous property with all you could need for a fun stay. So much to do and we wished we had planned to stay longer. We definitely want to come back!

Wayfinding for the most part was great, but it was hard to find Chet's and the free breakfast location would have been referred to Chet's as well. It's all good though, we found it.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is right in the mountain village. We booked a studio room and we thought the price was great. When we arrived, we were surprised with an upgrade into a one- bedroom suite, which was huge and beautiful. The decor is fun all throughout the hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. We even got evening turn-down service. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast that was so delicious. Everything about our stay brought us joy!

The location was superb, the comp breakfast was delightful, and the room was more than enough space for us. What will bring us back again is the staff, who were always friendly and conversational.

The room was a tad dated and the restaurants/market charged exorbitant prices.
