Staffs were very nice, I met a gentleman and sweet Thailand girl, both are very nice and professional. Cabins location near the tail of Hebgen lake, around 20-25 mins drive to center of west Yellowstone. The only concern was very Floaters on the water, you could easily see that after the water is still on the coffee maker or boiler. I didn’t realize that until the morning that I left.

New cabins, nice location (25 min drive from Yellowstone). There's a convenience store but we didn't go inside. The cabins are just across a beautiful lake where you can take kayaks and boats. The cabin itself is divided into 2 rooms so you have neighbors. The cabin contains 2 beds, a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker (no silverware or plates though), and a bathroom with shower. There's also a deck you can enjoy your cup of coffee on. There's a common fire pit, some games outside.

The shower was not very convenient: when you turn the water on, you should stand close to the shower head wall so you don't get splashed with cold water. The other shower door doesn't open. Would have appreciated silverware and plates in three kitchenette. There were only several paper cups. Quite pricey for the room but I understand it's the season in Yellowstone.

The cabins were new and beautifully furnished. The shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion was abundant and high quality. There was an actual coffee pot with coffee grounds that made amazing coffee, there was also an amazing selection of tea. The pillows were incredibly soft with 4 extra pillows provided! The beds were great, we all slept so well. I wish we could have stayed more than one night! I woke up early to watch the sunrise on the lake and take in breathtaking views from the deck of the cabin. The staff is so friendly and the convenience store had all the supplies you need. I never usually write reviews for hotels but Terra Nova was exceptional!

The owner was wonderful very polite kind and helpful. Wonderful location and beautiful view of mountains and lake. The cabins were perfect!!!! I will stay here again!!!!

The location was great, very quiet and great views overlooking the lake. Shower was large and with great pressure, heating when needed was excellent. The whole cabin is very modern. Daniel, the resort manager was excellent and very welcoming. Willing to do everything he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Resort is still being built and it seems they have some changes in the pipeline, great news!

BBQ needs to be requested and has a 20 dollar charge, no info on website or in cabin. Perhaps give more info on where you can through trash, recycling possibilities on site would be great. When an error in booking was raised with the owner to avoid any extra charges, not great customer service and no apology.

The deluxe queen cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was nicer than many hotels we've stayed at. The discount price through Booking made it affordable.

The standard price was listed at $300+. It was a very nice place, but we're thankful for the discount through Booking, which made it just over $150. That still adds up for a family, but the standard price would have been way outside our budget. It is hard for a family to visit Yellowstone because of the high prices of many lodging places throughout the region.

Beds were comfy!!! It was nice having the convenience store right beside us with access to everything we needed. Loved having a fire pit - the staff were so friendly and helpful with helping us start a fire. Beautiful setting on the lake and quite close (20 min) to West Yellowstone. We loved being a bit tucked away from the main town as it felt more peaceful

The only thing we found was that there were quite a number of small flies in the bathroom and especially in the shower that we didn’t like having in there. It is a cabin though so we understand that we’re right in the outdoors and it can be hard to prevent that.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also had very good coffee.

The bathroom door stuck and was difficult to open. You could not turn the shower on without being in the stream of water which was bad enough but the water pressure was so forceful and felt like a thousand needles. Extremely uncomfortable! The majority of the bathroom was clean but the bottom of the shower tiles/door had that pink mold line all the way around it.

It was finished to a very high standard internally, very comfortable and clean. Night temperatures are cool at that altitude and the windows have bug screens, so can be left open at night. Lovely view of the lake. Local shop provides basics and gas pumps and West Yellowstone has lots of amenities. Option for BBQ.

I couldn’t find a way to get the tv or the ac working, but left it too late to contact the owners to enquire. Some distance from the nearest town, West Yellowstone.

We reached around 5.30pm on 10th Sept after visiting some areas of the Yellowstone National Park, and contacted the Convenience Store as mentioned in the mail. We were provided an instruction sheet, key cards and a map of the property, which made our task very easy. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities like refrigerator, microwave, Coffee maker etc. The Queen beds were very comfortable, spacious and linen was crisp and clean. The icing on the cake was views of Hegben lake nearby from the windows. There was adequate parking space for our car, and we left on the next day early morning after a good night sleep.

They do not provide any meals, other than items available at the Convenience Store. Location is quite distant from West Yellowstone, but near to Hegben Lake with it's natural beauty.
