The location was good providing access to the park as well as restaurants and shopping. Coffee and light pastries were available as well as fresh apples. A microwave was available in the laundry room as well as the ice machine. The small refrigerator in the room was great. There were plenty of electrical outlets available for our devices. The property appeared to have recently been updated. The room was very clean.

The air conditioner was very noisy. The space for the toilet was very tight between the shower and the outside wall.

Phenomenal property! Great location! Our first encounter at check in with a young man was very respectful, and he helped us with restaurant options. Each day after that was equally as genuine and pleasent, always greeted with a warm smile. Our room was immaculate and a fresh vibe that matched the reigon. Upon arrival was a hand written post card greeting us by name and included the weather for the following day, a personal touch that does not exist anymore. I actually felt as if I was in the guest room of a friend or family member. The check in area is extremely comfortable with an offering of coffee, tea and hot cocoa, as well as small snacks. This was wonderful for us as I like to start my day with coffee and end each night with a cup of tea. I actually travel with my own coffee station, however, this was incredibly helpful and convenient. I plan to stay at the Evergreen again on our next visit to Yellowstone.

The ONLY thing I can say is my pillow was uncomfortable. All four pillows had foam either solid or pieces. I could/should travel with my own pillow, this time I forgot to bring mine...

Definitely bigger than expected. I was expecting one room with two queen beds but when we entered we realized that there were two rooms divided by a small kitchen and the bathroom. Quick and friendly check in. Nutella provided for coffee and pastry breakfast on the go. Modern and inviting lobby area. Personalized message in room and free bottled water.

Parking lot is really narrow/small but it worked. “Perfumed” smell of room. Shorter curtains at in-window a/c unit let in bright light. Carpet looks a bit dated. Was hoping the room would be a little bit more modern, like the lobby area.

I love the attention to detail. We stayed in Rm 15. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Loved how the office had a few light refreshments, coffee and tea available during office hours. Wish we could have stayed longer and when we come back, my husband and I both agreed that we would only stay at the Evergreen. The bed was very comfortable. After a long day of traveling… it was much needed. This little gem didn’t disappoint. The 2 brothers that run the front desk were very kind and helpful. The handwriting note was the icing on the cake. The fact that they took the time to do that, shows they care about their guest and their experience. We live in Florida where hotels, motels and resorts are everywhere. We have stayed in many from economic places to 5 star. I don’t believe I have ever stayed somewhere that paid such close attention to detail as the Evergreen. Thank you for sharing such a special place with us.

The property is in an amazing location, walking distance from everything in town and right next to a delicious breakfast spot. The property is also phenomenal. What stood out to us most was the bed. It was so unbelievably comfy and we slept almost 12 hours because it was so nice. Plus, the curtains do a great job of blacking out the room if you are someone who is sensitive to light. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a large refrigerator and kitchen sink in the room which was very convenient. Across the way was a room with laundry facilities, ice machine and microwave, The machines were clean and updated The Evergreen was quaint with 15 - 20 rooms only; I think it gives the motel an opportunity to give excellent customer service to a few instead of spreading thin to the many.

I would of given an excellent rating except for a couple of glitches. the housekeeping staff accidentally threw away some medication I had in a cup on the table. And the air conditioner was not working properly but not a big deal and the staff was responsive to my concern

The Evergreen was perfect for our visit to Yellowstone. West Yellowstone was a town buzzing with restaurants and shopping close enough to walk and very close to the park entrance. The Evergreen was a very clean, nicely decorated room. It's small but all you need when you plan to spend most of your time out of the room anyways. Staff was very friendly, too.

Because the room was small, I found myself looking for hooks to hang small purses/bags or hats on. They did have a small coat rack in the room which was nice! Very minor thing I felt was missing in an overall excellent accommodation.

It was so cute, comfortable, clean, and close enough to walk places. People I had contact with were all nice. There was a washer and dryer on site you could use if you needed it. There was a handwritten note welcoming us and telling us the forecast for the next day.

It is a very small room, which was ok for us because we only used it to sleep and shower between activities. Tucked away between other places, we almost missed it!

We loved the Evergreen. I took my dad to Yellowstone for his 60th birthday and we stayed one night at The Evergreen in West Yellowstone. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and informative, our rooms were next to each other as I requested and the rooms were so clean which is my #1 requirement in lodging! The rooms had cute decor and had bottles of water and a mini fridge and coffee maker. When my husband and I come back, this will be where we stay!

Great location with easy access to all West Yellowstone offers. Easy check in/out and very nice desk clerks. Bed is super comfy. Good thick towels, not at all flimsy like some motels provide. All very clean inside and out. Nice selection of teas and regular coffee in the lobby. If you want decaf coffee for your in-room coffee maker be sure to ask for it upon check in.

Parking lot is very tight. Only tv is in the bedroom and there isn't one in the sitting/living area.
