the room was clean, and close to every thing(waking distance). the lady at the front desk i belive her name was Chantelle, she was very knowledgeable about where to eat and witch places had the best bars. she was very friendly and helped us out so much, she went above and beyond to help us have the best time with my family while we stayed in West Yellowstone, would definitely go back.

Husband and wife who run the motel are so kind and take pride. Very clean and comfortable stay. My spouse let them know that it was my birthday the next day. We came back from a long day exploring Yellowstone to find a Happy Birthday banner on the door. Such a simple and kind gesture that was so appreciated to give that personalized touch.

A few things outdated like carpet but the decorations are cute and love the log cabin feel.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping, and a few minutes drive to West Yellowstone entrance.

The water keep going from hot to cold in the shower and very dark inside the room need more brighter lights.

It was a fun throwback with modern amenities. Bathroom was comfortable size and well stocked. Fridge, microwave, and coffee machine made up for no breakfast. The cabin feel was so fun. Parking was great, and we used ice machine and pop machine room.

There was no bathroom ventilation. Water temperature was hard to stabilize. Tub drain was an issue.

It was nice, convenient, and easy to find. The staff was really friendly. I enjoyed talking with the guy. We were also shocked that the train did not disrupt anyone's sleep. The train is literally across the street and it was fine.

The room is a little small or a family of four but still not bad. Beds could use some updating.

office attendant wasn’t friendly. tried to tell me that I hadn’t paid when I had through Booking. one of the staff entered our cabin while we were out exploring Yellowstone. we were not informed before hand that they would be changing out towels.

This is a little Gem. We were not too sure what to expect, but it certainly far exceeded our expectations. the room was self contained with cooking facilities incld. a microwave, a good size fridge and all plates and cutlery. We were not able to book into our timeshare so this was an excellent substitute. It is a family run business who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, It was also very convenient to the National Park. We certainly enjoyed our stay here.

Clean rooms. Great location

The pungent smell of gas coming thru the windows at 3am. Woke me up and I went outside to see what was going on, the smell was there too. Must be close to natural gas or the gas station across the road but this was more like propane smell, not gasoline.

Chantil and Tyron were excellent hosts and very helpful and very responsive to our messages regarding late arrival. The location is perfect for visiting Yellowstone NP. Close to supermarket, gas station, and restaurants. The kitchenette was adequate for cooking and grilling with the provision of a large refrigerator and cooking utensils.

Great location, clean rooms. Easy access to the park. Room clean and well maintained. Small kitchen in a room is a bonus. Many local restaurants in walking distance.

No tea was provided. Get in touch with management is not easy. No AC in the room.
