Nice, quiet room. Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located within walking distance of stores and restaurants.I love the lobby.

I would like to see more breakfast options, like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit, considering the price for the room.

Location. We were there for the park and West Yellowstone is at the park entrance. A small grocery store was literally across the street from the Inn so snacks and little things were available to make a 5 day visit nice.

House keeping left a little to be desired. All of our issues were resolved with a trip or two to the front desk but shouldn't have had to make the trip in the first place. 5 day stay and the room was never vacuumed, had to get our on toilet paper, had to remind staff to service our room after it was skipped. I write this to inform but mostly to encourage management to correct. We would definitely stay there again.

Maria & Michael were very helpful. We needed to stay another night and they worked everything out so our vacation was special. The breakfast had muffins, toast, waffles and cereal hot and cold waffles, hard boiled eggs. The Stage Coach is older so our room was a little older feeling but they have the rustic cabin vibe in a hotel setting. The lobby is awesome just gives you a feel for the park. There is an elevator and a parking garage. We stayed 5 days and it is so close to the West entrance of Yellowstone. Not all the shops were open because it wasn't in season. There is convenience with a grocery store right across the street. A very nice updated grocery store not like the other one in town. I have found that the gift shops that are run by Yellowstone forever are cheaper than in town shops. Except the one the Norris area across from the big yellow hotel. Back to the hotel, parking is great. The whole experience was amazing. We are definitely coming back to yellowstone and we would definitely stay at The Stagecoach Inn again.

One thing I would say that would make The Stagecoach Inn out of this world amazing is that they reopen their restaurant which has been closed for 13 years. how sad what a waste of space.

The close location to entrance into Yellowstone National Park is perfect. The breakfast offered many choices and was completely adequate to start our day. Close to many restaurants for dinner and next door to a grocery store. This is an older hotel that is maintained and has a beautiful lobby. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed and shower were great. We were on the 2nd floor but there is an elevator if needed. Staff was always friendly and greeted with a smile.

Everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to friends. The room was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed (keep in mind that we weren’t going on a five star city trip …). The lobby was a lovely place to hang out in the evenings to play a board game, and we appreciated the beautiful fireplace. Though the rate felt expensive - even for August - the bear spray loans and free breakfast were helpful. The location to the Yellowstone entrance was perfect. Overall it exceeded our expectations from when we booked online, and we would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were what was expected out of a hotel. Kids had fun in the pool, I enjoyed the humidity. One of the guests was playing music on the piano in the lobby the morning we left. He was really good. All the history photos.

The old cigar smell in the lobby I always feel bad when the water from the shower makes it onto the bathroom floor. Not sure if anyone else has this problem but I hate hotel shower curtains. Don't think those cloth ones work very well.

We liked the friendliness of staff, the atmosphere of the lobby (including the bear) and I especially appreciated the ramp that connected the rooms to the lobby since I have difficulties walking. The Manager of the hotel bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.

The first day of our stay our maid didn't even drop in to leave fresh towels, empty the trash, or make the beds. On the positive side however, when we complained to the front desk, the young lady on evening duty couldn't make it up to our room fast enough to make it right.

We have been staying at the Stage Coach in for a number of years when we visit Yellowstone. We noticed a number of upgrades and changes over the years. The main lobby with the fireplace is comfortable. The location is perfect, convenient to the west entrance of the park and the shops and restaurants of West Yellowstone.

We thought we would try to sit in the lobby so we could enjoy the fire and maybe catch some of the baseball playoff games. Unfortunately, per the desk person, the tv had to stay on FOX news and the channel couldn’t be changed.

The location was extremely convenient for accessing West Entrance to Yellowstone. It was also close to food and other historical places which could be accessed by walking. The free breakfast was nice. There is a walking tour that we suggest taking too!

Because of the age of the hotel, the room was a little outdated. It could have been made warmer by adding some modern amenities. The shower water was moderate and adequate for showering, however, it was not as hot as we would have preferred.

We were a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews but overall really happy with our stay! Friendly staff, and super cute vibe. It is older but I found everything to be clean and tidy and good value for money given its location. Breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Easy to access the park and good options for dinner- Old Town Cafe and the pizza across the road were both good options.

The bathroom is a little dated but can’t complain!
