Excellent location with good parking available. Lovely hotel and lobby. Fire pit outside to enjoy in the evening. Very clean room with nice roomy bathroom. Good coffee bar in the room. Large TV screen with easy-to-use remote. Complimentary laundry machines is a great plus. The staff was very friendly. Fresh baked cookies available! We just enjoyed everything about our stay.

We only took part in the breakfast once but were pleased with it. It's like any provided breakfast - you need to get there early to get some of the food items, but it was clean. Wet wipes were provided if you needed to clean off your table, etc. There were quite a few tables so that was a nice change from some hotels where there isn't enough seating.

The location is excellent for anyone who wants to explore Yellowstone National Park. Really delighted to get free ice creams everyday🙂

Breakfast could have had better options.

Great location to access the park and other parts of the town, yet tucked away in a quiet location which we appreciated. Breakfast was OK - nice to have bananas available as well as cereal and toast. Coffee was available all day too. It was a nice feature to have reusable aluminium water bottles in the room. Very convenient to have access to washing and drying facilities and these were free to use. Really great feature of the stay!

The guy who checked us in assumed we didn't want the room to be serviced during our 3 night stay, so we had to ask at reception why a service hadn't been done and collect fresh towels. The lady who was on reception was very helpful though and she updated our preference for the rest of the stay.

Closeness to Yellowstone

Limited breakfast selection. And the flow of the eating area was terrible. Meaning, where the plates were found compared to the food, compared to the drinks and cups, etc was not logical, resulting in needing to do a lot of back and forth, and causing much congestion. I strongly would recommend the setup being changed to make more logic sense and flow in the breakfast area. For example, have some plates by toaster area! Or move all drinks to one area and food on the other counter, not drinks and utensils awkwardly in the middle. (This might help people recognize utensil dispenser better)

The location is good. It is in an area where there is a concentration of hotels, restaurants and businesses. so nothing is far away, if you like walking you can walk to all of them. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a game room which my kids really enjoyed. The hotel also offered the refillable water bottles, this is really convenient as the park has many water refilling stations, in the general stores, at bathrooms and elsewhere.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is sweet and the only hot item offered are rolls with egg, sausage and cheese filling, and it is the only item for everyday. Other than this item, there is no savory item in the breakfast. I had one roll the first day and never touched it again for the rest of my stay. It does not taste that great and gets boring. It would have been better if the hotel changed the hot item to breakfast potatoes or eggs, and it would also be a good idea to rotate everyday, so it does not get too boring for guests that are staying for a longer period. The other issue I had was there was no auto option for the AC in my room. The AC in another room that my other family members had had the auto option however. So this is not the case for all rooms.

Best location and hotel on our trip. I loved that they offered fun little activities and smores at the fire pit out front. They had an arcade room, but did not get a chance to use. The dinning area offered snacks and hot water overnight, which was appreciated. I had to do laundry on this stop and even though it got busy and the door locked by front desk by 10pm, they allowed me to get done what I needed. The pool was clean and the kids had a blast. The widows also opened and allowed for air circulation at the pool, which I appreciated.

We stayed here for a couple nights, while visiting Yellowstone. Got a room with a couple Queen beds - the only room available. This place exceeded our expectations. Very clean. Attentive staff. Incredibly comfortable beds. Nice bath. Great TV. Sufficient breakfast, with plenty of healthy options. Bottom line: a very good option, as a home base, while visiting the park. Needless to say, you probably won't be spending a whole lot of time here. But, it's a great place to collapse, after running around everywhere!

Nothing

The rooms were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, the game room, and of course the free ice cream at 4:00. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was just ok. More hot items like eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy would have been enjoyed had they been offered. Everything offered was the same the four days we stayed there. Pretty boring.

The location, very kind and helpful staff and the atmosphere are biggest benefits of this hotel. Me and my wife really enjoyed our staying, even during busy season full of tourists. We would love to return one day. Special thanks to reliable receptionists who helped me also with special request I had before our arrival. Thanks you! I very appreciate that.

Breakfast was nice, however could be more varied

This hotel is right outside the west entrance. They have a game room for kids, ice cream social and even a fire pit in the night for smores. Ample amount of parking is there and the rooms are good.

I wish they had a better breakfast. They just had the exact same option for the 2 days I stayed there. No meatless warm option as the only warm option had egg cheese and meat in some sort of a burrito.
