The 3 queen room was great. One of the queen beds was in a separate room, which provided privacy from the other two beds. Everything was exceptionally clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled and professionally painted. The beds were quite comfortable. The spacious community kitchen was very clean, had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, and was very nicely organized. The front office had complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were pleasant and professional. We very much enjoyed our stay.

From the outside, the motel looks dated but the room was quite nice. The parking is a bit crammed but OK if you don't have a large vehicle; no trailer parking except on the street. The small refrigerator in the room was nice but I missed not having a microwave in the room, although there was one in the community kitchen.

Great location, price fit my needs. I got a simple, clean, no frills room to sleep in after a day outside, which is exactly what I paid for. Easy check in, hassle free stay. Very good experience. My goal wasn't to stay at a luxury 5 star resort - it was to have an affordable, clean, convenient, safe place to sleep while I was on vacation, and City Center Motel served that very well.

There was more surrounding noise than I would have liked from other rooms. I could hear one conversation almost well enough to understand, and the plumbing infrastructure was kind of loud. I didn't use the TV much, but it was in kind of a weird position in relation to the rest of the room which made it a bit awkward to watch.

We were 6 of us - 2 adults and 4 children and we were able to fit comfortably. We had 4 queen beds and we didn’t know how the beds would be positioned so we were pleasantly surprised to see that we had actually 2 bedrooms with 1 bed each and the other 2 beds were in the living room, so we were able to have some privacy. The location was amazing - less than 5 minutes to drive to the entrance of Yellowstone. There were many restaurants right nearby as well.

We did not have a private cooking area, but there was a communal kitchen. We didn’t get to use it as we stayed only for 2 nights and wanted to use our time sightseeing. The view from our rooms was not great - ours faced a trailer park - but that was a very minor thing.

The place is conveniently located, next to the centre of West Yellowstone (including a supermarket a minute away!) yet quiet. The room was clean and we appreciated access to a communal kitchen.

We could hear guests in the room above ours walking around and having shower, so better bring your earplugs or ask for a room upstairs. The price was high, but for obvious reasons (location next to Yellowstone).

The woman that works the front desk (maybe the owner?) was so incredibly nice. It’s in a good location and comfortable. Good as a place to stay if you plan on being out exploring alot. The beds were comfy, water was hot, and it had the basic things you’d need. Perfect place at this price point.

It’s an older property, so it was a bit noisy because the walls were thin but i think if you stay on the top floor or a room without a top floor you’d be fine.

Great location, clean room and bathroom, great water pressure, friendly staff, loved having the shared kitchen. We used the microwave a couple times. I was surprised there was daily housekeeping, it seems like a lot of places aren't going that anymore so that was a pleasant surprise! We got the triple queen room simply because it was the last one available but it was fantastic and I'll for sure be staying here again

Very comfy room with everything you need, good A/C, nice toilettries, and extremely clean and well maintained! We really enjoyed our stay here. Awesome location and plenty of parking as well! Nice community kitchen!

Overpriced

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, which is more than I can say for a lot of other hotels and motels I visited. The town is also very nice and cosy, with everything you could need within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly as well as accommodating, allowing me to cut my booking short by one day as well as offering a late checkout with luggage storage. To my pleasant surprise, the wifi was also stable and fast enough to facilitate a few Zoom calls that I had to make. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who has to stay in the vicinity.

The motel and all of its staff exceeded all my expectations. I would have appreciated if there was a kettle however, since it was a pain to use the coffee machine to boil water. I also initially found the bear-themed decor slightly overbearing but by the end of my stay it did grow on me. My trip did turn sour however when I experienced a bout of racism in the town, with a middle-aged blonde lady from the Wild West Pizzeria used slurs to refer to my Asian friends and I when she thought we were out of earshot.

The room was super clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had everything we needed. Cute little downtown location with lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect place for us to stay, right around the corner from West Yellowstone.

If you have a large dog, they may have a hard time using the bathroom in this location because grass is very minimal in this spot. Luckily our small girl had no issue.

I liked the convenient ice machine and patient staff who were always available with extra amenities. The kitchen area is self serve and stocked with plates and utensils so we were able to pick up food on the go and eat it in the room. Location is very convenient and close to the city center.
