Great location, price fit my needs. I got a simple, clean, no frills room to sleep in after a day outside, which is exactly what I paid for. Easy check in, hassle free stay. Very good experience. My goal wasn't to stay at a luxury 5 star resort - it was to have an affordable, clean, convenient, safe place to sleep while I was on vacation, and City Center Motel served that very well.

There was more surrounding noise than I would have liked from other rooms. I could hear one conversation almost well enough to understand, and the plumbing infrastructure was kind of loud. I didn't use the TV much, but it was in kind of a weird position in relation to the rest of the room which made it a bit awkward to watch.

We were 6 of us - 2 adults and 4 children and we were able to fit comfortably. We had 4 queen beds and we didn’t know how the beds would be positioned so we were pleasantly surprised to see that we had actually 2 bedrooms with 1 bed each and the other 2 beds were in the living room, so we were able to have some privacy. The location was amazing - less than 5 minutes to drive to the entrance of Yellowstone. There were many restaurants right nearby as well.

We did not have a private cooking area, but there was a communal kitchen. We didn’t get to use it as we stayed only for 2 nights and wanted to use our time sightseeing. The view from our rooms was not great - ours faced a trailer park - but that was a very minor thing.

The woman that works the front desk (maybe the owner?) was so incredibly nice. It’s in a good location and comfortable. Good as a place to stay if you plan on being out exploring alot. The beds were comfy, water was hot, and it had the basic things you’d need. Perfect place at this price point.

It’s an older property, so it was a bit noisy because the walls were thin but i think if you stay on the top floor or a room without a top floor you’d be fine.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, which is more than I can say for a lot of other hotels and motels I visited. The town is also very nice and cosy, with everything you could need within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly as well as accommodating, allowing me to cut my booking short by one day as well as offering a late checkout with luggage storage. To my pleasant surprise, the wifi was also stable and fast enough to facilitate a few Zoom calls that I had to make. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who has to stay in the vicinity.

The motel and all of its staff exceeded all my expectations. I would have appreciated if there was a kettle however, since it was a pain to use the coffee machine to boil water. I also initially found the bear-themed decor slightly overbearing but by the end of my stay it did grow on me. My trip did turn sour however when I experienced a bout of racism in the town, with a middle-aged blonde lady from the Wild West Pizzeria used slurs to refer to my Asian friends and I when she thought we were out of earshot.

Great location, clean room and bathroom, great water pressure, friendly staff, loved having the shared kitchen. We used the microwave a couple times. I was surprised there was daily housekeeping, it seems like a lot of places aren't going that anymore so that was a pleasant surprise! We got the triple queen room simply because it was the last one available but it was fantastic and I'll for sure be staying here again

The room was super clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had everything we needed. Cute little downtown location with lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect place for us to stay, right around the corner from West Yellowstone.

If you have a large dog, they may have a hard time using the bathroom in this location because grass is very minimal in this spot. Luckily our small girl had no issue.

Great location, nice staff. Had daily housekeeping. Requested to bring towels with us in car one day due to lots of rain in case we got really wet. Staff got us some older towels to use so we didn't have to worry if we got them dirty or lost which was nice. (Didn't end up using them and returned them). Close to all shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.

Community room/kitchen was not locked so anyone could walk in which made it feel insecure if you were the only one there. It seemed well stocked though I did not use it. My friends used microwave to warm up their coffee. Would recommend keeping it locked and letting guests unlock room with their room key to keep it safer.

The city center motel could not be more appropriately named. We were able to walk to wherever we wanted with no issues. The staff was fantastic! The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day. I can’t say enough. This is now our go to motel in West Yellowstone!

I have nothing bad to say.

The place is spotless and the front desk personnel are all courteous, friendly, and helpful. Lastly, it is just 2 blocks from the West Yellowstone entrance.

For the small room and no breakfast, the room rate was high. Of course, everything is relative - compared to other West Yellowstone motels, its rooms are priced reasonably

Room was very quiet and easy walking distance to everything in town. The staff was super friendly and had suggestions when I asked for them. Would stay here again!

The shower head needed to be cleaned a little better with descaler but we have really hard water in the area. The water flow was fine, just the sprayer was a little wonky.
