Excellent location for exploring Yellowstone National Park. Clean comfortable room, equipped to a high standard. Restaurant on site, food OK but nothing special. Laundry on site. Fridge in room. Helpful staff.

Poor breakfast buffet. Disposable crockery and cutlery - so wasteful and damaging to the environment. Dogs allowed in rooms (unhygienic) Laundry remained open 24 hours and despite a notice on the door not to use after 11.00, guests did , which was noisy for rooms nearby. No ventilation in laundry so guests propped door open exacerbating the problem. Suggest laundry should be locked between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am. Coffee machine but no kettle in room. No safe in room. Requested housekeeping twice in an eight day stay - clean towels were provided, but no linen change. Have never stayed in a hotel for eight days with no change of bed linen.

There was no complimentary breakfast, but the attached restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast. Servers were very attentive. We ate dinner there, which was just ok. The room was quiet, and the location was great. Since we visited in April, we had the town to ourselves, but given the wide streets, that would not be the case in the summer months.

The rooms could use more electrical outlets for electronic needs.

Clean and spacious rooms. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had to pay $450 per night with no cancellation clause. I'm 84 and have never stayed anyplace that didn't allow you to cancel within a reasonable amount of time, say 2-3 days. No comp breakfast. First Holiday Inn Express we've stayed that didn't provide a comp breakfast. Pendleton OR, Yreka CA and Medford, OR all did.

We Did not eat breakfast at the hotel, I am not sure that it was actually offered It was a very clean hotel, and it was a good location in town

The fact that the we did not have a king bed option for our stay. I was told there was an option for a king bed, but since I booked with a third-party, they could not change the reservation. Not exactly sure why are using a third-party for reservations if you cannot alter them when you check in. Not sure who’s fault that is the hotel, allowing that, or the third party booking system.

Location, room was clean

The property listing indicated breakfast but breakfast was not included with the room price. Also, an additional $15 per day was charged which was not included in the room price and the staff could not explain the reason for the $15 daily charge. I messaged the property about the fee and asked for an explanation and requested a refund but did not receive any response. The property charged my credit card for $15 per day a total of $60 for four days without any explanation or any information on the property listing.

The room was large, super clean, comfortable beds, new furniture, shower was good bud could need a new shower head.

The toilet flushing bar was broken in the toilet tank, so each time you had to flush the toilet, you had to remove cover and manually do it, and inside the tank was extremely molded.

The game room area for the kids was superb! Every hotel should have one! Breakfast was our 2nd favorite. The buffet gave lots of options! Last, the small town was great --- everything, from restaurants to the grocery store, were all within walking distance.

The door from our room in our suite to the main living area was loud & squeaky, even after maintenance looked at it, and we requested extra towels and were told they were short on towels. They ran out of pool towels twice. Also, the valance over our bedroom window looked like it hadn't been dusted in a year.

Love the location.Right next door to the snowmobile tour company and right down the street from the park entrance. The game room with free pinball, fooseball,pacman,and a pool table was a nice surprise.Theres even an x- box and big screen for gaming.The Branch restaurant/ bar was a great place to watch the superbowl.The rooms were large and comfortable.The only thing that was a minus was the lack of snow removal which meant the entrance to the lobby was an icy- slippery zone. We will be back.

Convenience to the park entrance and good location.The restaurant was an added plus. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were excellent Rick was our waiter and he informed us that a large group had come in unexpectedly and there would be a little longer wait for our food.

The rooms were really nice and the place had a very nice feel to it. Breakfast was also pretty good for the buffet.

It is at least an hour from anything in the park.
