The expanded hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. Rotating selections each day, with a good choice of proteins and filling items. Our room had a microwave and small refrigerator so we were able to have lunch items ready to pack before our day out. It would have been nice to have a very small table to place a plate or beverage on while we were in the room. Nice Jacuzzi soaking tub and comfortable king size bed.

Very noisy family(running back and forth, jumping off the bed, making the ceiling creak) in the 2nd floor room above us on the last night. When it didn't stop by 10:30 pm, I called the front desk and they were able to stop the noise until it started again about 6am. I would suggest a 2nd floor room if I return to avoid this situation.

Upon checking in the older lady and gentleman were so nice and welcoming. Gave us some great recommendations for dining. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. It is less than 5 minutes from the Yellowstone entrance. The room was clean with all of the amenities needed. Decorated with a woodsy theme. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was quiet. The breakfast is very good! They change the menu each day of the week. For example, my favorite day was Tuesday when they served pancakes, sausage, Canadian bacon, cheese slices, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cut up strawberries, and a blackberry, raspberry, blueberry mix. Also they had oatmeal,cereal yogurt, bagels, English muffins and more! Coffee, tea and hot chocolate is served 24 hours a day. There is only one elevator, but we never had to wait long.

The king bed was very comfortable. Staff were kind, helpful, and very friendly. We did use the laundry on our last night, and we appreciated that there were machines available. The breakfast was fine & helped us get a good start to our days.

Room was adequate. However, we had a spa in our room that we didn't use, and our room was adjacent to another spa room. On our first night, the guest who checked in late to the other spa room turned on his spa at 1:30 am. The noise of the water filling his tub was so loud that it shocked me out of my sleep. I called the front desk to figure out what the sound was, and we both figured out it was the other spa. She called the guest and asked him to limit his use in the middle of the night, which I appreciated. However, the loudness of the sound shocked me. It did not happen again during our trip. Some things are hard to change and you have to deal with it.

The staff were kind and helpful. Beth answered all my questions and helped me with some queries prior to check in. The room was lush and beautiful. The location is perfect. Within walking distance of everything in town but not in the center of the rush.

Weirdest thing I’ve ever included in a review. The ceilings DESPERATELY need to be soundproofed! I was in a ground floor room. The single person staying in the room above me sounded like a heard of elephants! I’m not saying the person was heavy, intentionally stomping like mad or doing jumping jacks. As mentioned in other reviews, the ceilings are not soundproof at all.

Location was great for traveling into Yellowstone NP daily. Was nice to have breakfast before heading out. The front desk staff were so helpful. Steve and Sharon were most helpful on where to go in the NP for sightings and views. Then there is Barbara and Birdie they were awesome and gave great advice on where to eat in West Yellowstone. All the staff were so helpful and It was nice to see them upon returning every day. Would say stay here when you visit Yellowstone NP.

Location was good. Hotel may be old, but kept clean. The front desk staff, especially, Beth was very welcoming and had the right information for visitors. I must mention that I have not found a useful and informative front desk staff as Beth anywhere else so far. Breakfast options were decent and one can walk to their adjacent properties for other breakfast options. Good and safe for families. Pool area was small but kept clean with a separate shower.

The room was cozy and well decorated. Besides the bed, there was a desk, dresser, small refrigerator, microwave, and a delightful armchair with ottoman that was perfect for reading in. Oh, and of course, the spa tub!! It was everything I was hoping for. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a regular shower/tub with the commode for taking a quick shower. The staff were friendly and professional. All around, it was a great experience.

The bed was unexpectedly tall, and so I had to use the ottoman as a footstool to climb into the bed. It would be nice if there was a small footstool available for shorter guests.

Excellent location and very friendly staff, they even told us where to find the best views and highest chance of seeing animals. Highly recommend this place.

The only thing that could be improved is the buttons of the elevator, the third floor button is extremely insensitive. I had to give up of trying my chance of pressing that button and use the stairs to go back to the room quicker for rest.

Location close to Yellowstone

The receptionist at check in was kind and welcoming. The one at checkout asked if I enjoyed my stay When I answered her question by telling her that during breakfast it was standing room only because people were finished with breakfast but continued to occupy tables while reading books checking phones or tables for 4 occupied by 1. Instead of listening to my comments she proceeded to tell me how all area hotels were booked If she didn't want to know about issues don't ask

Our stay here was wonderful. Beth at check-in went over and beyond to answer questions and gave great tips for Yellowstone. Our room was ready early and we were allowed to check in before heading to the park which was a big bonus The hotel is older but has a great charm to it. Inside pool has a lift for those with physical limitations which I had never seen before. Breakfast was great and offered variety of hot items. Glad to have picked this place and it literally was around the corner from entrance to park.
