Excellent location and very friendly staff, they even told us where to find the best views and highest chance of seeing animals. Highly recommend this place.

The only thing that could be improved is the buttons of the elevator, the third floor button is extremely insensitive. I had to give up of trying my chance of pressing that button and use the stairs to go back to the room quicker for rest.

The room was cozy and well decorated. Besides the bed, there was a desk, dresser, small refrigerator, microwave, and a delightful armchair with ottoman that was perfect for reading in. Oh, and of course, the spa tub!! It was everything I was hoping for. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a regular shower/tub with the commode for taking a quick shower. The staff were friendly and professional. All around, it was a great experience.

The bed was unexpectedly tall, and so I had to use the ottoman as a footstool to climb into the bed. It would be nice if there was a small footstool available for shorter guests.

The Clubhouse Inn is the perfect place for a family visiting Yellowstone National Park! Comfortable rooms, a pool to relax in, and just a few feet from the park entrance! The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Nice complimentary breakfast to start the day (think Hampton Inn). Housekeeping came every day and made sure there were new towels, coffee, etc. The internet leaves a little to be desired but it sounded like they are trying to get some new equipment so I am guessing that will be fixed before the end of the season. We would absolutely stay there again!

The only thing that could have been better was the internet connectivity but they are working on that.

The room was beautiful and relatively spacious! The hot tub and pool were super nice and comfortable, the pool wasn't too cold and was actually pretty warm, hot tub was HOT! The hotel is in a good spot that is near the tourist shops, which are excellent in themselves! It's like a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the shops so that was really nice! Overall, it was super nice and comfortable!

The lady who checked us in was incredibly rude and short with me as we went through the process, which was a big letdown, but it was a busy time, so I can see why. The other staff we talked to were very pleasant, so I think it was just a one-off situation!

Very good location. Walking distance to everything in town and very close to the park entrance.

The main reason we chose this hotel was because it's advertised as dog-friendly. Despite this, we were never informed until our arrival that leaving pets unattended in the room was not allowed. This information significantly impacted our ability to visit the park and enjoy our trip. Had we been aware of this policy beforehand, we would have made alternative arrangements. As a result, we missed out on visiting 90% of the places we had hoped to see.

I think Clubhouse Inn is the nicest place to stay if you visit Yellowstone. It is 2 minute drive from west entrance of the park and judging by exterior of other hotels Clubhouse seemed to be nicest. Breakfast was not poor like in most hotels rather a complete with toasts, cereal, pancakes, eggs, sausage, juices and more. Room was large and nice with all required amenities. In general if you visit Yellowstone then West entrance is the best base. We arrived to Boseman and drove 2 hours to West Yellowstone.

In early hours it was hard to find table to sit for the breakfast.

The location just outside of Yellowstone was perfect, and the town had a variety of stores and restaurants to fill our needs. The couple that greeted us upon arrival were very friendly and helpful. The room was ideal, clean and comfortable. We were traveling with three other couples who all agreed. Breakfast was one of the best self-serve morning meals we've seen in a hotel. The variety, including eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, muffins, etc. was perfect. 24 hour coffee was much appreciated!

The cost was higher than expected

Our stay was peaceful. Everything was in walking distance. I checked in early and was able to get rest. Our first night we were in two rooms that met our expectations. Our second night we moved to a mini apartment that exceeded our expectations. We have a large family (#8) and it's difficult to find affordable rooms most times. The continental breakfast was beyond expectations to be honest. Not your usual waffle maker, cereal, and muffins....They had hot breakfast cooked fresh each morning. First day biscuits and gravy; potatoes, eggs, and sausage links, pancakes, fresh fruit, parfaits, cereal, milk, and other basics. Second day was similarly but potatoes O'Brien, eggs, tortillas, and salsa. Breakfast was replenished constantly from 6am until 9:30am and always fresh.

Night staff counter lady was rude and not kind. She had a attitude and negative vibe from the minute you seen her.

Very good hotel, clean with all amenities and very close to the west entrance. Breakfast is very decent. Fridge and microwave in the room which is convinient for the early birds planning to go visit the park. Free parking spots in front of the hotel. Globally I consider it to be a pretty good deal for the price in this area.

Self units both in the bathroom and near the sink would be needed. Maybe more choice for the breakfast: as we stayed a few days the options were always pretty much the same...

Location is great to Yellowstone

Breakfast just ok
