The price was the best thing about this place. Much cheaper than many others yet also in the middle of town and comfortable. Beds, AC and hot water worked well. Spacious room. They had reusable dispensers for shampoo, body wash and hand wash which is a big plus for being environmentally conscious. Cleaning service was good and thorough. Wi-Fi was strong in all areas. The building has a wraparound porch with swings!

The area around the stairs going to our room was pretty dirty, but at least the room was clean. Electrical outlets were not conveniently positioned but this is minor. I think the ice maker didn't work? But there is a water refilling station in the lobby. Building not designed for persons with disabilities.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The log cabin design perfectly complements the rustic atmosphere of the area, making it a cozy and inviting place to stay. The beds were relatively comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. When we needed a battery boost jump, they quickly pointed us in the right direction, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

I would recomend adding an extra pillows.

Very good location, nearby city center, everything could be reached by car in few minutes. The room is quite new, big, clean and comfortable, enough space for 2 persons. Comfortable King size bed even I booked superior Queen Room. Refrigerator and microwave inside our room. The area is quiet, could sleep well in the night.

Quite old and simple hotel. Unfriendly receiptionist ( man ). No coffee / tea maker inside our room. Parking lot was full when we arrived in the evening, difficult to park our car. No enough parking for guests.

Room and bed were large and comfortable, and the location was ideal for easy access to Yellowstone. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed two nights here.

The TV didn't work at all, apparently the cable company were to blame, but no TV for two nights was a minor inconvenience, especially given the dire quality of American TV and the constant irritating adverts. In fact maybe I should complain about the motels where the TV did work.

Overall, it was perfect for what we needed. The price was good, and it was somewhere to stay close to all the amenities. We would consider staying here again when visiting Yellowstone.

The price was better than anywhere in town. It was hard to find anything under $300, so that's what really spoke to me. If I am just going to be sleeping somewhere, it doesn't need to be five-star.

The accessibility to the yellow stone park , restaurant , stores and the size of our room is very perfect for couples even for family . They alway clean the room , organize the bed and put a new towels every day .

The dirty stain carpet despite they clean it everyday ( it need to change) , the broken screen window , cigaret smell and most importantly is the front door big gap even it's locked , we feel our belongings are not safe to leave .

It was 10 minutes close to the west entrance to Yellowstone.

Staff are not friendly. They do not smile when you enter or talk to them. Office supposed to open at 7 and Chad/staff was late for a few minutes so of course coffee is not ready. My friend went down just to ask for a cup and he said HE PATIENT with an attitude. It was her birthday trip. She just wanted an empty cup to make her own instant coffee in the room. The TV turns on only but does not work. Because of that I couldn't log into my Netflix. The bed squeaks when I barely move. I felt bad making noises when my friend was on the other bed next to mine.

Rooms were updated and comfortable

It was difficult to get to my room. It was a long walk, and the door right outside my room was locked and my key didn’t unlock it, so we had to walk all the way around each time we went in or out. This wasn’t too bad, except we were traveling with a baby with a lot of stuff. So it was a bit difficult to carry all that stuff to and from our room and car each day.

The front desk staff, Chet Gill, was very helpful. My Hertz rental car had a flat tire and Hertz failed to provide roadside assistance. Chet phoned Hertz.on my behalf and he directed me to Walmart in Reinsburg on a Sunday to get the tire fixed.

A Ms Sosa, treated me very badly. I had an urgent need for the use of a washroom (toilet) and I used the one in the office. Ms Sosa banged on the toilet door and shouted at me to get out and said that the toilet was not for guests. Her behaviour was vile and most violent. She later told me to leave the hotel otherwise she would call the police.

The room was big enough to accommodate my family of 5. We had a whirlpool tub and could keep the windows open and just relax. It was convenient to where we went to church and for visiting Idaho and Yellowstone. We would definitely stay here again :-)
