Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The log cabin design perfectly complements the rustic atmosphere of the area, making it a cozy and inviting place to stay. The beds were relatively comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. When we needed a battery boost jump, they quickly pointed us in the right direction, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

I would recomend adding an extra pillows.

Very good location, nearby city center, everything could be reached by car in few minutes. The room is quite new, big, clean and comfortable, enough space for 2 persons. Comfortable King size bed even I booked superior Queen Room. Refrigerator and microwave inside our room. The area is quiet, could sleep well in the night.

Quite old and simple hotel. Unfriendly receiptionist ( man ). No coffee / tea maker inside our room. Parking lot was full when we arrived in the evening, difficult to park our car. No enough parking for guests.

It was 10 minutes close to the west entrance to Yellowstone.

Staff are not friendly. They do not smile when you enter or talk to them. Office supposed to open at 7 and Chad/staff was late for a few minutes so of course coffee is not ready. My friend went down just to ask for a cup and he said HE PATIENT with an attitude. It was her birthday trip. She just wanted an empty cup to make her own instant coffee in the room. The TV turns on only but does not work. Because of that I couldn't log into my Netflix. The bed squeaks when I barely move. I felt bad making noises when my friend was on the other bed next to mine.

The accessibility to the yellow stone park , restaurant , stores and the size of our room is very perfect for couples even for family . They alway clean the room , organize the bed and put a new towels every day .

The dirty stain carpet despite they clean it everyday ( it need to change) , the broken screen window , cigaret smell and most importantly is the front door big gap even it's locked , we feel our belongings are not safe to leave .

Rooms were updated and comfortable

It was difficult to get to my room. It was a long walk, and the door right outside my room was locked and my key didn’t unlock it, so we had to walk all the way around each time we went in or out. This wasn’t too bad, except we were traveling with a baby with a lot of stuff. So it was a bit difficult to carry all that stuff to and from our room and car each day.

The front desk staff, Chet Gill, was very helpful. My Hertz rental car had a flat tire and Hertz failed to provide roadside assistance. Chet phoned Hertz.on my behalf and he directed me to Walmart in Reinsburg on a Sunday to get the tire fixed.

A Ms Sosa, treated me very badly. I had an urgent need for the use of a washroom (toilet) and I used the one in the office. Ms Sosa banged on the toilet door and shouted at me to get out and said that the toilet was not for guests. Her behaviour was vile and most violent. She later told me to leave the hotel otherwise she would call the police.

Very roomy, well lit, had comfortable beds, plenty of towels. AC worked well.

Would have liked continental breakfast. Floors are uneven and soft, fair amount of road noise. There needs to be a light down the hall by the room we were in (321) or update the locks so no keys are needed just room cards. Maps at desk of yellowstone are not very detailed and were useless. Needs a few hangers in the rooms. Lots of closet space no one can use

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom shower, good fridge that stays cold (better than many places), good location. Clean.

However, weak WiFi, basic rooms, no bedside lights or table, could sometimes hear upstairs room showering, walking about. Overly expensive, just like everywhere in West Yellowstone. But we had a good stay in a great little town, a gateway to one of the wonders of the world, Yellowstone National Park.

It is in a quiet part of town but within walking distance to food and shopping. Not a lot of external noise to keep you awake at night. The staff was very nice.

Not enough parking but I’m not sure what can be done about that. Maybe there was an overflow area I wasn’t aware of.

Clean. In the process of updating the property.

I am accustomed to staying in hotels that provide daily "maid service." Not here. Make your own bed folks. You're not on vacation any more. This lowers the value in my estimation. Also, no elevator -- and dangerous metal stairs. Only one visible handicap parking space.
