Recently stayed here while on a 6,000 mile cross country trip. My family of five had been staying primarily in HInnXpress properties we’re accustomed to hot breakfasts. We were so pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of the “FREE” breakfast offered here. The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly helpful and attentive. Hopefully this review finds you when you need a push in the right direction. I would totally stay here again.

The property was excellent

Room was decorated very nicely, bathroom was really big, nice and very clean. Was not sure about the room on the ground floor, but that was ok. The property is right next to the RV ground, but that was not a problem. Walking distance to restaurants, shops. The front desk clerks were really nice and looking after the guests well.

Requested a quiet room, but got a room on a 1st floor near clothes dryer that ran in the evening - the front desk clerk did turn it off upon our request when we were going to bed. Breakfast was ok, fairly basic.

Hotel in West Yellowstone: 10/10! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at a hotel in West Yellowstone! The value for money is incredible, and the staff is simply amazing. I would especially like to commend the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure that guests felt comfortable and happy during breakfast. Everything at the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to West Yellowstone!

Nice bedroom, clean, bathroom was also clean with plenty beautiful towels.

The breakfast is very limited. If you are gluten intolerant, hardly anything will suit you. Yogurts but not every day, eggs, but again not every day. And no fruit. The breakfast room is very small and crowded when everybody is coming down. The young Philippino man who took care of breakfast was wonderful and very helpful. He should be rewarded.

The hotel was clean, great access to the West Entrance of Yellowstone, and the staff was very accommodating! My Dad and I were getting up to leave early and the lady at the front desk packed a bag of bagels for us to go since we’d be too early for breakfast. The previous morning we had eggs and potatoes for breakfast and it was good! Beds were comfy and room was nice. Overall this was a great experience and I would stay again the next time I am in West Yellowstone.

I wouldn’t say there was anything I didn’t like. I liked the hotel. However, if I would give a suggestion it would be to have door hangers in the bathroom for towels, etc., that’s all :)

Room was clean and nice, everything looks pretty new. Breakfast was good, staff were quite friendly and easy to communicate.

Wifi got broken on the last two nights during our stay. Staff was kind and apologized several times, but since the mobile connection in Yellowstone wasn't good also, it was quite annoying with super bad internet connections.

Booked a deluxe room Mid-May of 2023. Made a special request and property got back to me right away. West Yellowstone is inordinately expensive due to its proximity to Yellowstone Park, so the $200+ booking price did not guarantee a good room or property. We were more than pleasantly surprised to find a new 3-story hotel with elevator. Staff was very welcoming, location was about 3 blocks from center of town which put it outside the "fray" of the insanely busy town. Enjoyed the very large deluxe room with 2 queen size beds. Room was spotless, 3rd floor view was generally of trees. Two things to be aware of: Google Maps brings you to the back of the hotel which is probably good because that is where the paved parking is. However, you have to walk around the side of the hotel past the mechanical equipment to get to the front entrance. Probably because the hotel is new the area in front of the hotel entrance is not paved yet and might be paved after the area dries out from the winter? Secondly, I am very short (5') and 70 years old, the great bed is very high and was not accessible to me. The front desk agent recommended using the overstuffed chair as a footstool; chair was easy to move and that solution worked like a charm.

Everything was top notch. The staff was congenial upon our arrival and was always eager to accommodate us. The room was more than adequate for us and was cleaned and made up every day. The breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, bagels, pastries, etc.) was simple but well done. This hotel is a great value, and the location could not be better for a visit to Yellowstone NP. I would not hesitate to stay there again and commend it to my friends and family.

Claudia went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off. We booked a tour on the park and the company for some reason they did not wanted to pick us up unlike the rest of the 20 something other tourists. Claudia made some calls to their office, and went up to the owner to get us included in the pick-up/drop off schedule. She is awesome.

The hotel looked updated, our room had new carpet, new paint, new laminate and the bathroom looked new and updated.

They need to install grab bars by the tub and bath strips to avoid falling. We are older and noticed this was lacking for safety purposes.
