Property was great! All the staff was fantastic. Far enough out of West Yellowstone to make it a quiet, restful place to stay but close enough to make our drive into and out of the park easy! I left two iPads in the room on accident and the staff member who answered the phone went and retrieved them and had them at the front desk for me when I got back! I also really appreciate the eco-friendly housekeeping.

Items would run out at breakfast or there would be a long line for certain items and we didn’t get to use the benefit of the continental breakfast.

The rooms were very clean. The rooms had a microwave and refrigerator, which was nice. The daily breakfast was good; and coffee / tea was available around the clock. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The conjoing room doors are thin, and noise & conversations transmit through the doors easily. If the guests in the adjacent rooms are inconsiderate and noisy/ talkative coming in late, you will likely be awakened.

I loved the comfortable beds, the endless hot water in the shower/bath, the cold drinkable water from the sink faucet, the mini fridge/freezer that fit ALL our food from our cooler—and still had room for more, the free breakfast with several yummy options, the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser with at least a month’s amount of products, and last but not least: the friendly and CARING staff, namely Tammy who works the day shift. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We hope to be back again someday. ❤️

Maybe needs an elevator

The best feature of this property is the location. It’s about 10-15 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone NP and downtown W Yellowstone. It’s on the grounds of a KOA campground which confused us at first but turned out to be an asset. There is a nice little general store that carries anything we might need, including a pizza restaurant and draft beer!

They could provide more healthy breakfast options.

Front desk staff provided stellar customer service when my initial room assignment landed us adjacent to the lobby (so extremely noisy) and no hot water. The next day they arrange to have my room reassigned to a place down the hall, where the there was no noise from the lobby. They literally save my vacation!

The beds are extremely comfortable

Location was great, very close to everything in Jackson Hole. Room was spacious and equipped with everything you might need, including some little extras.

Breakfast or even some grab and go options would’ve been great. The last minute price increase weeks after booking wasn’t very fair. It should’ve been taken care of by the inn even if it was imposed by the city or state.

Loved that it is located on a lovely huge piece of land, surrounded by the green grass and mountains. So peaceful and quiet. Loved the outdoor area to sit with a few drinks and the fire pit. Such a cozy little spot and perfectly located just a 10 minute drive from town!

Nothing really it was divine

The hotel is just 6 miles outside of West Yellowstone and away from all the business. It was quite, had a good little breakfast, and the price was reasonable, especially compared to in yellowstone. Really clean and had a nice deck to just sit outside and relax by the fire. Would definitely stay again

Well appointed room with all new fittings, super clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful throughout stay and location perfect, 8 mins outside W Yellowstone but a world away in terms of style and comfort. Some great short walks from the back of the hotel along the creek with the promised mountain vistas.

Nothing not to like at all.

Quaint and private. Continental breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Property is beautiful right at the base of the mountain.

The noise level in the hallway was high from people walking in the hallway, closing the outside door or going up and down the stairs.
