I know this is an older property, and of course it could use some updating, but we were glad we stayed there, and while it is not inexpensive, it was less expensive than most of the other offerings in the area. The staff is wonderful, and the rooms and grounds are spotless. Plus, they have a new shuttle system in the community, which makes a stop there, and that’s great, because at present there is no safe way to walk into town for meals…. A local bridge is temporarily closed, even though the facility is literally just a few blocks from downtown.

For some reason, the ice machine was out of ice in the early morning? There’s a slight bit of road noise, but if you keep the fan on, the problem is lessened substantially.

This was a nice and clean motel. It’s obviously an older place but well maintained and updated. I loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. We only dealt with one staff member who checked us in and she was great, very friendly and welcoming and provided me with directions to get to the lake for a swim.

There was a bunch of leaves and stuff in the hot tub but that will happen with a bunch of large tree around the property.

It had a dog area with bags for waste clean up, property was clean and tidy, quiet room. Coffee in the office in the morning. Love the tile floors and no carpet.

They did not offer breakfast, no ironing board or iron. Only a hot water pot in the room, no coffee pot, microwave wasn't working properly due to too many things plugged into one cord.

This renovated old-style motel exceeded my expectations. I like that there was a door leading to the outside because the summer air was beautiful. I like that there is no carpet throughout. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There is a nice heatlamp in the shower. Sink is outside the shower/bath, which helped me and my 3 pre-teens get ready for bed easier. It was a nice stop on our 7 day road-trip, with lots to do around at Flathead Lake. The pizza place that they recommend is amazing. Decent coffee in the lobby in the mornings.

Honestly, I like everything about this small hotel but if I had to choose, it would be the steep driveway located on a bend, but that's basically all driveways in Montana.

The young ladies at the front were so welcoming and friendly that we immediately felt at home. Rooms are older but were exceptionally clean and cozy. the pool and hot tub were also perfect. I seen previous comments that the hot tub was dirty. Well sitting right under a big ol pine and between other foliage it’s bound to get some debris during the day. I’ll take the peaceful quiet location of it over a few needles and leaves any day. When I left behind a personal item the staff were quick to call and notify me of it (this has never happened to me before when I’ve left an item behind). This is an older motel and if you’re looking for luxury you will not find it. But if you’re looking for relaxation and comfort you can’t go wrong.

The setting on the hill is so beautiful. The rooms are big and clean with very comfy beds!

It would be so nice to have some privacy sheets on the windows. There are people walking past the way it is set up and it wasn’t ver private in the room with the drapes open. Great privacy drapes for night though!!!! Also the pet fee is a touch high, instead of a stay fee it was daily at 25 per dog. It was disclosed in our booking so it was not a surprise. That 200.00 added a fair bit extra to our stay. But we were happy to be able to have them here.

This asked what we thought of the breakfast - there wasn't a breakfast offer. The location made what we were there for easy.

Certainly didn't like the urine smell of the bathroom - the smell was strong in there upon arrival so it was obvious the floor and the outside of the toilet had not been cleaned for a while. The main room seemed clean.

This property is a motel with swimming pool,sauna and hot tub. Chek in was efficient and friendly. There were no dining facilities on site except basic hotel room facilities (safe,kettle, fridge and m'wave). We had a problem with a spare wheel . Justin in particular went over and above what I would have considered helpful. Other staff members were also very helpful too. If we were to return to Bigfork I would stay again

To have a shower at the pool area.

The staff were awesome and very helpful! I liked that the hotel was not full and therefore staff assigned rooms spaced out for more privacy .

I would have liked the end room, or the lower building room but wasn’t able to request online when booking .
