The presidential suite was spacious and comfortable. It has a kitchenette and a gas fireplace that made our stay extra comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a great addition to the large bathroom area. The two TVs were also nice. We really liked that the pool and hot tub were 24-hour access. It was conveniently located a short drive from Flathead Lake and Kalispell.

I wish the room had a small table with a couple chairs for dining. There was space for it in the suite. There was no restaurant on site or room service.

The building and rooms.

Being charged a cleaning fee at check in. Everyone is charged $250 in anticipation of smoking in the room even when you don’t smoke cigarettes? That’s really unnecessary when you can be charged after checkout. Also, I have stayed at countless hotels that didn’t call the room when you are five minutes late pushing your luggage cart out of the room. A bit ridiculous I think. I had checked my daughter out of the hospital the night before. Unfortunately she couldn’t move fast enough. Seriously????

This updated hotel was really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff there were so nice. The stay was really nice. The only thing it lacked was a bar onsite, even though they had a room set up for it. As a person that has always stayed at Marriotts, this was a really nice surpires.

No bar onsite. There was a room that could have been used as a bar. Maybe in the future they will turn that into one. That would have been so much more convenient.

The friendliness of the staff was the first impression, a good start. We were able to check in when we arrived an hour and a half early. The room was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. The breakfast was amazing, with so much selection of both hot and cold food and every beverage one could want. Although we didn’t have time to use it this trip, having a work out room, pool and hot tub available 24 hours was a big plus, one that I will return to take advantage of on my next trip to the area. Overall, excellent stay!

The price of one night’s stay was a bit steep, for a senior who lives on a fixed income.

The facilities were clean. Pool was great. Variety for breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Also, I left my OnCloud tennis shoes in the breakfast room and they were returned to the front desk. Lovely surprise !

The double roll of toilet paper. Sorry. It just made it difficult to pull the roll.

Gorgeous view of Flathead Lake. Plentiful (and tasty) breakfast. Spacious room. Excellent bedding. Comfortable bed(s). Good TV. 24 pool and hot tub. Good parking. Sunlamp in bathroom. Though it's 45 minutes from Glacier, it was worth the drive each morning.

The bathroom was very small. Though I requested daily housekeeping, they missed Day 1. The breakfast hours did not start early enough, especially for people getting up to hike and explore. (Should start at 4:30 or 5:00 AM.) Light over sink was not bright enough; similarly, the lights near the full length mirror was dim. It was difficult to put on makeup. Also, I had to stand on my tiptoes to use the sink as the counter was exceptionally high. (I'm 5'2" which is not that short.)

The breakfast was excellent. Real eggs, bacon, two types of sausage, real biscuits and gravy. The waffles were excellent as well. The view from the dining room was awesome.

Too close to a major highway, that was very noisy. Had to turn on my "pink noise" from my computer to tune out the traffic noise. Other than that it was okay.

Loved the location out of the traffic & close to Flathead Lake. The room size was great. So was breakfast. Quiet place. The sunrise was gorgeous.

The. bed sagged a little but was doable.

It was the perfect spot between Kalispell and Big Fork. Easily accessible from the highway, you don't here the traffic. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast options were great.

Pool was freezing and the potatoes for breakfast were very over cooked and bland. Could hear the people above us stomping around.

Clean. Helpful staff. 24 hour pool access. Microwaveable food in the lobby (we had a long drive and got in late, last think I wanted to do was look for food). Free breakfast ( my kids love when they get to make their own waffles in the morning. I’ll stay here every time I come through.
