I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was easy to find and convenient. They accommodated my dogs and had a nice area to wall them. It was quiet and most of the staff I met were attentive. The room was completely clean and had a small kitchenette. The bathroom was decent size. The linens and beds were in great shape and parking was proportional to the location of the room.

Some staff members need a refresher training on customer service but overall, they were generally friendly

Our stay was short, but very comfortable. The room we had was top floor at the end of hallway and it was very quiet. All of the amenities were very nice and the property was clean and safe. And how great that we can bring our pet. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing we missed having was a workout facility. Even a room set aside with a few weights would be really nice for unwinding after a long car drive. The coffee provided in the lobby is a nice touch, but it wasn't very good.

What’s not to like? It was clean, comfortable, spacious, everything worked, staff was pleasant, great location for getting to the airport early, etc

My only complaint—and this is NOT the fault of the hotel—is that we had someone staying above us who obviously was not in the hotel to sleep. They were stomping around at all hours of the night and occasionally dropping things on the floor. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep very well as a result of all that.

I didn't try the breakfast, since it cost extra. I loved the recliner! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The heat/AC was easy to adjust. The hotel itself was very quiet.

I'm used to getting hot breakfasts at this cost. Seems strange to have a nice kitchen and no utensils or plates, etc. Your excuse is that there is not a dishwasher, but there is soap and towels provided to clean anything used.

We had a room that looked to be newly renovated. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bike trails are right next to the hotel so we could walk our dog. We did have a problem with the toilet and they took care of the problem as soon as we told them.

Loved the full fridge and kitchen. Big coffee pot. Bed was good and comfy.

Clean, excellent location and reasonably priced.

When we arrived around 8 pm, the lobby was empty but there was a button to push for immediate attention.... we waited about 15 min. Another guest arrived after us and also pushed it..... we stood around awkwardly joking about where they were.....So weird, then the guy showed up with no apologies and we felt like an inconvenience. A friendly reception would have made up for the wait. Thankfully the morning guy was nothing but courteous and friendly.

Rooms were very clean and set up nicely.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable for the price of the room. Also there was a kitchen but absolutely no cookware, or cutlery of any kind which makes the kitchen space useless. For the price of the room I would have assumed it would have come with a useable kitchen space.

This is the second time I've stayed at this location. The pricing is excellent and the rooms are great. There is a recliner, full sized refrigerator, sink and cooktop along with everything else you'd expect. The staff is excellent and there's even a grilling area out back.

It was perfect as it was. Good location and excellent value. There is nothing I would change.

It was great to be able to cook in our room and the staff was super nice and knowledgeable.

Halfway through our week stay our keys stopped working. Three times we had to get them redone. The staff was great but it was annoying since we were working late and had to walk around the building to get in and then wait.

The staff was excellent at both check in and check out. The rooms were a lovely size with a kitchenette. The recliner in the room was a great addition to make you feel comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a few kitchen items in the room rather than having to run down to the front desk to retrieve things as we needed them.
