Our flight was delayed, as there was a problem with the plane and the airline got a replacement plane etc. We communicated with the hotel via booking.com and updated them on our eta as we didnt want our airport shuttle to wait for us at the airport uneccesarily. Amanda attended to our msgs and when we arrived at FCA, Steve was there to meet us! yay!!! Thank you Amanda and Steve for being our first introduction to Montanan hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 Stars!!!)❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Crokery,pots and pans are all in the room when we checked in, and we were able to cook a hearty tom yum to enjoy. Walmart is just in front of the hotel for groceries. Throughout our stay we've been very well fed by the breakfast team! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sorry for not remembering the names of the ladies at Reception who would always greet us with a smile every morning and every time we come back to our home in Kalispell. Every team member we encounter are so friendly and warm. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Friendly staff. Josephine was working afternoon shifts and checked us in. She was helpful in giving ys plates and glass as we ate our dinner in the lounge area. She also came to check in on us tonsee if we needed anything !

Monday morning of The Canadian Thanksgiving. The breakfast buffet closed at 9am . Left most of us scrambling to collect the leftover of the breakfast. We were visiting for Thanksgiving and Monday was our long weekend. The floor manager was helping to close the buffet and did not consider extending the service hours to accommodate the stranded guests.

Breakfast poor. Not much choice or change of breakfast items and food lukewarm Pool area and hot tub needs some attention

The location was great. Not too far off our route and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast included which was perfect, except the coffee could have been stronger. Staff were polite and efficient. Having a kitchen was great for our needs. It could have had a few more usable pots.

The outdoor fireplace was on in the snow from first thing in the morning. Hotels need to rethink this kind of thing with the state of our environment. Propane emissions affect global warming.

We requested a slightly early check-in because we were traveling for a medical visit. The staff graciously went out of their way to get us in early. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from desk staff to house keeping and morning kitchen staff. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable AND offered a beautiful view.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Very good breakfast lots of options. Good service of staffs in the kitchen they are nice and helpful. All my family love it and enjoyed the breakfast. The hot food serving are excellent. We are satisfied.

For me all is good and exceeded our expectation. The hotel have an excellent customer service. The price is reasonable. All areas are clean. Staffs do good maintenance as we observed they are everywhere.

the staff was very friendly and efficient! the breakfast was wonderful. I’m a neat freak and it was very clean. great setup.

The only disappointment was the pool experience. we brought our 3 year old granddaughter down to the pool and there were about 15 ten year olds unsupervised (parents were at the fire pit drinking) and they were doing cannonballs and it was very unsafe. there was more water out of the pool than in it. our granddaughter had waited all day to go swimming and we had to leave. there should have been a limit and someone should have supervised.

Breakfast was really good and was well maintained. The breakfast staff , Andrew, Peggy and Mindy were very attentive to their department! Wow! Good job to them!!! The evening front desk attendant, Amanda, was so welcoming after a long trip! Her friendly customer service should be recognized!

A little bit pricy to stay here, but I think it was worth it.

Warm and welcoming lobby, hot breakfast, beautiful outdoor courtyard and fire pit. Our room had everything we needed. Staff always answered my call to front desk. The hotel is close to a lot of food options.

The first night the AC was loud but we figured it out after that.
