The room was perfect size with a little extra space and well appointed with towels and bath supplies. The bedding was very good, not luxurious like upper end hotels but very much above average. The room service was daily which is uncommon in todays cost cutting business and they did a great job. The mourning breakfast is the best at Best Western and this facility put up a weekly menu board which was very helpful.

I do not prefer the vinyl flooring in the rooms I would much rather have carpet.

Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. I had a sprained ankle and they couldn´t have been kinder. A comfortable seating area in the lobby,

The hotel looks onto a scrap yard with huge mountains of metal being worked on by small cranes during the day. This is an ugly view to see from the breakfast restaurant and from the rooms looking in that direction. I suggest a row of trees should be planted along the wall in the car park to shield the hotel from this view. I was very shocked by how plates, cutlery, beakers, etc, etc, are all disposable, throw away. These and any food left on plates are all tipped into the same bins. How extremely environmentally unfriendly! No recycling at all. Best Western, please do something about this, especially if all your hotels operate in the same way.

Very friendly front desk that checked me in. Breakfast was good too.

I didnt realize they came in every day to clean and make bed. So I had my bag and stuff on the bed. They had ro move it to make bed. I dont like people moving my stuff. Wish they told you at check in they would be in the room. Most places don't make bed or anytbing until you check out.

This place was really clean! Mattress very comfortable (even for a side sleeper like me). Very good breakfast with hot and cold foods. The pillows were surprisingly comfortable, too (not overly fluffy or that wrap around your head). I always travel with my own pillow and these pillows were so good I could have left mine at home. The location was close enough to the airport and also to shopping. We plan to stay here again. Oh, in the shower were the large dispensers of organic shampoo and conditioner and soap and towels were nicely thick and absorbent.

We cannot think of anything unpleasant. Ok, maybe the price could have been a bout $20 less.

The staff especially the front desk eyes outstanding. The room was nice and clean. A nice stay and I will stay there again.

Breakfast wasn't so great. It y was omelets and sausage. They had been there a whole and were rubbery, the cheese inside hadn't melted and was a chunk. With that being said they had cold cereal and other choices that you could choose and s variety of drinks that were good.

Great location for getting to Glacier..Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Planning on staying there again for my next trip to Glacier.

We were on the ground floor and the people above us woke us up the 3 mornings we were there at 5:30 am walking around.

Breakfast was fine. Hot beverages available 24/7 was excellent. Laundry availability was wonderful.

One washer was old, rusty, and I wouldn't use that one. One dryer was old, rusty, and not properly vented. It did now dry the clothes (according to another guest laundry user).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and inviting hotel. The breakfast and coffee were great. Patricia in the breakfast room is a gem! You can tell she loves her job and truly wants visitors to have a great experience to start their day!

The rooms themselves were a bit small but so glad the sink was outside the rest of the bathroom. A counter somewhere would be great for making sandwiches, etc. to bring in day trips.

It was clean. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Free parking made this choice for me. The beds were comfortable.

The recycling yard nx door. It smelled and noisy. Good thing we were not facing that side. But when we came out we could smell it and hear the noise. The fan in the bathroom was super noisy.

We had a suite with kitchenette and dishwasher but zero pans, dishes or silverware. Seemed less than what a person might expect.
