Quiet, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Handy shuttle to downtown -available 24 hours was a great addition to the stay, plus pool is open 24 hours. Cookies in lobby in evening were a nice touch! Full breakfast of great variety available each day. Coffee/tea/chocolate etc always available.

I understand we need to respect the environment and change practices but just miss the daily housekeeping. You run out of things, garbage needs emptying, etc. And when it is cleaned in the in between days it is really just straightened up, not necessarily cleaned, and items that were available in the beginning weren't, (makeup remover, new bar of soap (we ended up using shower gel as our soap dwindled to nothing), etc. I had to get TP from front desk. Just an observation.

The breakfast was very nice in the morning with a variety of options. Mini omelets, different breakfast meats, potatoes, waffles, bagels and more. You could smell the bacon down the hallway! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of different restaurants in the area and provided us with a map. They did offer a shuttle to take to downtown Whitefish and would pick you up with a number, we did not use but was a nice option in case you wanted to hit the night on the town and not worry about driving. There is laundry machines on site which was nice that we used, staff will give you change at the front for the machines. We would definitely stay here again if we come back out to Montana. Not too far from the airport and not too far from Glacier National Park.

Prior to my retirement I had over 100 hotel/nights annually, the Hampton Inn in Whitefish was one of, if not the best hotel of all the major chains that I experienced. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. . The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job presenting the room. It is very obvious that they take great pride in their performance, and it shows. If I ever venture to this part of Montana again, I will stay at this Hampton Inn.

Great value! Beautiful room. LOVED the bathroom! The size was great...the shower size was awesome! Though we only stayed for 1 night (just a quick little trip) - that the hotel has laundry facilities was amazing! I don't think we've ever had that before. Wish all hotels had that! We will definitley stay here again.

Staff should have told us about the cookies or that coffee was available when we arrived. No big deal - but that would have been nice.

The manager on duty, Martie was incredible. It was quite early in the morning and when I needed to get change made from a $20 bill, he was very friendly and personable. Later in the morning when I was checking out, he was just leaving as he was then off duty, but he still took the time to greet me.

We really were happy with the room size and layout. The staff was amazing I really enjoyed meeting Anisha and Katie, they were very friendly. We brought a small dog and everyone was really friendly toward her. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch.

I didn’t like it, I ordered 2 queen beds, they gave me one queen and a sofa, after checking at the hotel they told me that it was the Booking website that said so. Now I also heard from friends that on the Booking website they write that there is parking, but when you arrive there is no parking. I ask you to check this.

24 hour pool, 24 hour shuttle to downtown. Staff were awesome!

Hot tub could be a bit bigger, and the pool was loud with kids..but that's what they are for! Not a big deal..totally coming back!

The hotel was well located for Whitefish and the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish. The pool was a decent size for a hotel. The hotel was kept very clean.

Breakfast wasn't the best (for example, scrambled eggs were the only egg option and would take 20 minutes to prepare) and the price felt expensive, although this could be a mix of the location close to Whitefish (which feels like an expensive part of Montana) and the GBPUSD exchange rate being not so good at the moment from a British perspective.
