The location is excellent. The room is very nice, and style/design of the entire hotel is quite appropriate. the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooftop patio is quite nice! We had a minor inconvenience in the room the first night very late and staff came up immediately to rectify. Thanks! that made a lot of difference.

The coffee maker in the room is Not at ALL up to snuff. I would like to have a keurig type maker in the room, or perhaps a keurig coffee station in the foyer/commons at the end of the hall next to the conference room. The mattress is too soft, and the platform of the bed shows dust and some dirt underneath. The carpet should be updated. I know that stairs and hallways get a lot of traffic, but cleaning or replacement is in order. I spent 36 years in the Carpet industry. New carpet that is appropriate to your facility would really help! KAPOW!!! like that! The room should have a plusher style. When you open the drawers in the closet the bottom one hits the door hinge unless the door is Completely open.

Location, beautiful building, stunning lounge area & lovely room. The hot tub roof terrace was an added bonus!

Downside …No breakfast facilities! Which wasn’t explained on arrival, we were just advised be here the breakfast area was.& the times it was open., although a limited selection of items were available from the bar area which were at an extra cost. For a hotel of this standard we were very surprised!

The location is wonderful. We were there on our anniversary, which was a day prior to the annual Whitefish Stroll. When we returned after dinner to the hotel we were surprised by a bottle of champagne on ice. Staff was friendly. Will stay there again.

Wish there was a fridge and a microwave in the room.

Everything was great! The bed could use some more comfortable pillows They use to have the nicest makeup wipes for the women, they were full towels which she loved very much

Can hear a lot of people walking around, and very noisy hallways ^Firebrand is always our go to and has never steered me away from staying Don’t like the hot tub isn’t back yet :(

Fantastic location, comfortable and quiet!

No tea or coffee in the lobby. Obviously they want guests to go to their restaurant and pay for that instead, but to be honest it just incentivized me to leave the hotel and go out for breakfast and coffee.

The Firebrand is centrally located in downtown Whitefish, with easy walking to restaurants, bars and Amtrak station. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was great.

Bed very comfy, location was perfect to town and restaurants. Hotel restaurant bartender was excellent! Espresso martini was one of the the best I have ever had! Parking was easy also. Only minor complaint was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

A very beautiful hotel, excellent location, wonderful staff and a very comfy bed.

Breakfast was very underwhelming. An over-microwaved breakfast sandwich rendered inedible after paying $18 for two sandwiches was very disappointing and frustrating.

Hard to complain, but breakfast room service would be nice. I also understand the labor problem, so it’s a minute complaint.

Everything about the hotel was just beautiful! Loved the decor of the lobby and common spaces. Our room was super as well.

Staff was good for the most part . Some were more helpful than others. I think they were very busy on Sunday and could have used another person during certain hours. The bartender didn’t notice us sitting at the bar and continued talking to another employee without acknowledging us for a bit. A simple nod to let us know they saw us would have been sufficient.
