I had a truly wonderful stay at the Charlotte Inn. The place is charming, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect — quiet enough for relaxation, yet close to local attractions and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. The TV had no volume but by the time I arrived, I wasn't awake for very long. The walls and ceiling are fairly thin but noise was minimal. A lovely little place and decently priced for the area.

Honestly, the biggest complaint was the television and even that's not a big deal. It had CC going. I originally felt as though the room was hard to find and identify then the locking mechanism was not user friendly - however, I realized the information was in the text provided by the motel and the rest was just mental fog brought on by being in the air or airports for over 14 hours.

Staff was great. Awesome location. Clean and well decorated room. I had to book this last minute and was not expecting the property to be this nice, clean, and comfy. Killer door access system. The robes were a nice touch too.

A/C was pretty loud. I wish they had better toilet paper and that they served those little creamer cups with the coffee- the powdered stuff didn't cut it.

Room was good size. Whitefish is a nice town and surprisingly vibrant and pretty

Lighting was dim. No laundry facilities to use and I didn’t want to pay $25 for laundry service. I thought the overall room rate was high but maybe that’s the reality near Glacier

Chalet Inn was a bonus find in an expensive city for lodging. The price was reasonable and only about a mile (10 min drive) to downtown. It is newly remodeled (perhaps some rooms are still being remodeled?). The beds were comfortable, the room quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleverly decorated with items that make the place feel more like a B&B than a roadside motel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

No breakfast available, but there was a coffee maker in the room as well as a mini-fridge. The hotel is locally owned and the owner has taken pride in making it comfortable and welcoming. It is easy to walk to town from here and conveniently located for a visit to Glacier Natl. Park.

Very nice and spacious room. The floor was very clean, there was a lot of lighting in the room, the facilities were great, the AC was powerful. The wifi was very fast. The color of the walls was bright and colorful. The overall environment was very nice

It's a little too expensive, and one of the beds was creaking just a little bit. One thing that bothered me was the fact that the coffee machine and the sink were right next to each other.

A very nice family owned hotel with numerous personal touches you wouldn't see at a chain hotel. Room was very clean and included a full size coffee pot with coffee and filters and a small fridge. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Great location.

Chalet is in the perfect location, incredibly quaint, clean and reasonably priced. I love the family-owned charm of the place - Eva was so friendly and accommodating. She also had great recommendations for the area. I loved my stay so much I extended my trip to the Flathead Valley and came back to the Chalet a week later!

So cosy, great location and so clean! Loved staying here, would 100% recommend.

Our only very minor issue was noise coming from a guest above which can’t be helped. The property was perfect.
