Our room was spacious and comfortable! Loved the balcony! The pool was beautiful, well kept and fun. The beds were very comfortable. TV was really nice. Appreciated the HBO channels and got to enjoy a movie we never saw. Best of all, it was QUIET! Despite being on the lower floor, it was really quiet and the hotel was booked solid. The game room was nice too-but we were too tired after all the wonderful hikes to use it. Breakfast was very good. You can count on it to be the same, every day. We went to Lula's for breakfast one day-in town and it was spectacular!

I found the pillows to be pretty hard. However, I never did remember to ask the front desk if they had any softer pillows. We hiked too much and did not get to enjoy the sweet kayaks and bicycles. They even had electric bikes to rent.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The heater worked great once we figured out that it was unplugged after a "deep" cleaning of the room in the previous few days. There were cookies, hot chocolate, coffee, and breakfast avaiable. At check in we also we recieved a small bag with a hand heater, a nice coffee cup, and new and events, and restaurants from around the local area The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The only detractor was trying to turn into and out of the property at rush hour. Highway 93 into Whitefish is a 2 lane road and the line of cars can stretch over 3/4 of a mile from the stoplight just south of the Whitefish River back up to Whitefish. Luckily, there were some friendly folks who let us in and let us out when we were arriving and heading out for dinner.

Love the location, the room, the den and the breakfast was really nice. I thought the idea was great and the hot tub and the pool felt really nice. Really nice that they have it open here around. That’s a huge plus a nice touch too. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they made you feel right at home

Just little things like at breakfast lots of people garbage is overfilling and the staff is so busy cleaning tables and filling food. They don’t see that the garbage overfill it kind of baffled me like nobody wanted to do garbage. Also, there was a soccer tournament in town and there was mass kids, they were very loud just being kids but could tell they’re having a great time but it made the pool and the hot tub not so desirable or the den,

The location was perfect! It was next to the river and the river path that connects you to the rest of the town. We were able to walk to nearby places, and we also used the complimentary bikes to ride to the lake and downtown on the river path. We really enjoyed the location. The staff was really nice, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We even sat on the pool patio and enjoyed the sunset. In the lobby, there was always tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available, as well as popcorn. We could refill our bottles at the bottle refill station, and there was a little food store in the lobby. We took the complementary shuttle to the airport.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station and downtown Whitefish. Located along a small river with a walking path. Hotel staff were personable and helpful - 'rescued' some items we left behind in room upon checkout; fortunately we were able to retrieve them the same afternoon.

Have to say this hotel was not a good value, particularly the first night of our 3-night stay (Sunday evening through Wednesday AM), which the price was nearly double the rate of the other nights (made more painful that we didnt arrive at hotel until 2AM Monday morning due to our late train - and they didnt have pickup shuttle at that late hour). Apparently, there was a music festival that weekend that ended preceding our arrival for which they were still upcharging (gouging in my opinion). I knew of the total 3-day price as booked, so assumed it was just the normal rate one would pay for a Lodge-styled hotel (not really built like a lodge). I plan to call the hotel chain about this. Complimentary breakfast was typical of other mass-market hotel chains - nothing to write home about.

Overall very nice facilities. The staff were great, very responsive and willing to help with any issues. Our car had a flat tire, they helped us by filling air enough to get us to the closest tire repair shop. Breakfast is good and other amenities such as the hot tub and laundry a bonus. They offer coffee and smore kits in the lobby also. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace in the lobby! The entire area is beautiful!

Wifi can be a bit spotty but worked fine most of the time and we were there to spend time outdoors anyway. There is a $15/day resort fee which was not clear at the time of booking. Should be made obvious so it is not a surprise on site.

Room was fine, comfortable

They have HIDDEN FEES. There is a "RESORT" fee not outlined on Booking. When I checked in I asked what it was for - they said use of kayaks (water sports stuff) - which I had zero intention (or need) to use. It was $15 per day. I showed my Booking.com paperwork showing my total cost (NO RESORT FEE). I asked to speak to the manager (it was a weekend, said they would be in on Monday), then went on to say it was waved. Got my bill, the RESORT FEEs were on there - not waved. AWFUL. Don't recommend this place for deceptive pricing.

We had a wonderful stay. We went in the off-season, so things were pretty quiet. The staff was amazing--super helpful. The hotel was clean and well-cared for. The wifi and cable tv worked well. The amenities were nice (especially the cozy game room). Our room was very comfortable and had everything we could need. We slept well on the bed. The small things matter--each afternoon there were cookies out in the lobby, and it was the perfect treat at the end of the day!

Everything was fine, no complaints.

Dog friendly property with a grassy area for the dogs. The staff was super polite and helpful with suggestions for dining and things to do. Our room was clean and looked like it was well maintained. The shower worked great, and the hot water was immediate and endless. Internet worked well as did the large screen TV. The hotel has a game room, two pools and a hot tub, plus a workout room. During the ski season, they offer hot chocolate and S'more kits. There is also a fire pit outside. The hotel sits nect to the river and has a small dock. It is also on the river trail that runs all the way through the town. We alked into town which is just a 1/2 mile or so to the downtown corridor. Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon as well! There is a small store on site with snacks, t-shirts and sweatshirts. THey also have a room for storing ski's, and snowboarding equipment. They are ecofriendly too. They really seem to have though of everythinga guest might need. The breakfast was great! They had scrambled eggs that had a good flavor, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. Plus, a large selection of pastries and fresh muffins, juices and coffees/teas. Cereal choices were planty as well as juice options. The breakfast area is large and very clean with an attendant present. This was a great place to stay and we lucked out getting an incredible rate. We were in town to visit Glacier National Park which was also perfect! We do not normally stay at such nice places so this was a special treat!

The outside lights seemed to turn off everytime I took my dog out for a potty. I don't know if they are on sensors or it was just coincidence that they seemed to turn off when we were outside. There was still enough light to see where we were going but not necessarily enough light to make sure I knew what I was stepping on in the potty area :-)

Best Location, walking distance to town. The resort has comfortable beds, large balconies, kayaks, bicycles, game room, pool & hot tub included with the stay. The breakfast includes eggs, sausage, biscuits, danishes, waffles, juices etc. There is coffee and tea all day long, cookies and popcorn in the afternoon. There is even a shuttle included if need be. This is my go-to place Always!

The lighting in the bathroom is very dim and hard to put on make-up
