The property was fabulous and in a terrific location. I was clean, well stocked, and comfortably furnished. My wife and daughter used the hot tub, and my daughter used the gym. The front desk loaned my daughter bear spray so she could take early morning runs on the golf course. We enjoyed a beautiful view from our balcony, enjoyed the wildlife that live on and near the lakes (they doubled as water hazards), and we watched a young eagle make some tentative circles over the lake while trying to get accustomed to flight. We also had a view of the northern lights-more on that below.

The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable due to missing and disconnected springs at the foot of the bed. I tried many times to reconnect them without lasting success. The northern lights were directly overhead, like a large umbrella, but the exterior lighting rendered them mostly shades of gray. A maintenance worker later showed us video he had taken in a darker and more secluded area of the resort, and they were amazingly brilliant in colors of red, green and yellow. I wish we had known how to find a dark area like the one of which he was aware. The disappointment is not the fault of the property, just our failure to scout before dark.

The resort was very nice, quiet (with the exception of a noisy next door guest but that can happen anywhere) and safe. It's well located to access attractions in the area. We had dinner at the restaurant the first evening and it was great. The steak was exceptionally good. The service was also very good and prices reasonable. The front desk customer service was great. We communicated on the way regarding our arrival time/check in and restaurant hours and they were super responsive and friendly. All in all, a great experience.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The facilities were excellent. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had many thoughtful touches. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning.

The in-room fan was constantly on and couldn't be turned off. It was loud and alternated between blowing warm and cold air. Additionally, the sheet on the bed felt too short and kept coming off during the night.

We’ve stayed here roughly 13 times and all I can say is , who is this Jack guy working at the front desk. He is down right the best employee we’ve come across at Meadow Lake and possibly any resort. His friendly demeanour, willingness to help and personality were off the charts. If I could hire this guy to come work for us in Canada, I would! The facility staff was probably the best it’s been in a long time. We needed supplies a couple times, and everything was delivered in a timely matter. I found the grounds cleaner than usual as well. The main pool hot tub was down one day which was unfortunate. Rocky Bar O is always a treat as well.

Property was nice and quaint. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adult enjoyed the sauna and stream room. The accommodations provided exceeded our expectations. The floor space was bigger than expected and rooms were suitable for all the guests. Kitchen was stocked with basic essentials for preparing food which was great. The a/c wasn't exactly cold but that was fine because we just rolled all of the windows open and closed the blinds before bed and the attached screens kept the bugs out. It was the heat of summer but we stayed cool with the windows open half the night. I did the online Check-in including uploading my ID and writing each guests down; which made for a quick check in process at the front desk when we arrived.

The location was centralized so that we could visit Glacier and Whitefish Lake. The grounds are beautiful.

The condo was steps down to enter and did not have a view of anything. The unit needs updating. Sinks are too low and no need for a jetted tub (ugh). The shower felt cramped. When we arrived there was a disgusting stain on the carpet in front of the sink. It took several calls and 2 days for someone to clean it The general upkeep of the outside units and common areas need attention. Replace worn stair coverings and paint. Too pricey for the quality of the unit

The grounds are just beautiful! The condo was an excellent fit for our family, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and food prep utensils and cooking & baking pots and pans. This was especially helpful as we made our own meals, trying to save $$ when feeding teens! The cost for our 3 night-stay was actually less and with more amenities than other neighboring hotels and rentals. We were very comfortable for the several days that we stayed there.

The air ducts smelled like cigarettes. The unit was non-smoking, but there was a stale odor from the vents. Maybe coming from the connecting units?

The location was great. We did not golf but enjoyed the view of the golfers and the lush green course. The condo was spacious. Loved having two bathrooms. The ice maker was convenient too. All the appliances were standard size and worked well. The room was clean and well kept.

For the price point it is out dated. The washer and dryer rumbled. My clothes came out clean and dry.The young girls above our condo ran jumped and stomped all evening. No PM down time. The power went out the first night. Never mind the cable tv. The channels were basic and not my news preference. The bedroom blind did not close 100%. If undressed in the bedroom or bathroom you could be seen by anyone passing by at the right time. .

Easy to find the resort. East to find our room. We were able to check in early because our room was ready and stuff allowed us to do so. Conveniently located near groceries and discount stores as well as gas stations with convenience stores. Located close to Glacier National Park without being in all the tourist stops of West Glacier or Hungry Horse. Also there was a box fan in the closet which is awesome as I sleep best with “fan noise”.

No toiletries in the rooms (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). I am used to that being in hotels so I didn’t take any. I could have gone to the desk to get some but it was late.

Amazing customer service. Jack at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Ellen at the Bar and Grille was our server, and she was very personable and attentive. Pam, the chef, made a delicious peach cobbler that was unbelievable. Jack and Carmina the next morning at the front desk continued to shine with their friendliness and welcoming smiles. We will definitely recommend this place to all of our friends and family. Enjoyed that the laundry facilities didn't need coins and detergent was complimentary.

The shades didn't work well. Difficult to maneuver up and down.
