Best location in Gardiner... a bit away from all the noisy restaurants with a pretty view of the mountains. There were elk out on the streets in the evenings and a couple of restaurants close-by so you could walk. Still the busier part of Gardiner was only a 5 minute drive away. I would suggest requesting a room on the front of the hotel so you get a nice view instead of views of the garbage in back. Our room was very comfortable. There were ice-making facilities, coffee and tea always available and friendly staff. Easy parking, decent internet. We were so happy we chose this place.

The noisy plumbing was a little disturbing at times.

First of all the staff were so personable and easy to talk to. My husband had a dental emergency and they were so helpful and caring. We loved the cleanliness of the property. It was so well cared for. The setting was breathtaking and we loved sitting in the rocking chairs in front and enjoying the sky and majestic hills and sunset. The location was perfect. A little bit out of the town which was perfect.

There's really nothing we didn't like. It was a grand slam. Thank you. I didn't like that we had to leave.

My family and I really liked our stay at the Inn. The room was clean, and cozy. Even thought there was no breakfast, we enjoyed our hot tea before bed. They provide hot water, as well as iced water, coffee and tea. The whole Inn looked clean and well looked after. My favorite part was the seating area at the check in office, super cozy and relaxing. Also, we were arriving later than indicated time on our booking, and they called us to check on us if we are coming. I thought was really nice. Super close to Yellowstone North Entrance. The village has many places to grab delicious food, we chose Bear Brew. They have super delicious breakfast burritos and avocado toast, and of course good coffee.

We stayed only one night and I think the price we paid was a bit high, but we did enjoy it!

Lovely quiet location on the outskirts of Gardiner. Plenty of parking, room was a generous size, comfy beds, good shower. No in-room coffee facilities, but these are freely available down near reception. Made use of laundry room, with machine handy for change. Staff very friendly and helpful. Inside and outside looking smart, and the elk just love the well watered front lawns!

Nothing not to like. Maybe a touch too far to walk into town, but traded off by quiet location.

The room was adorable with features like a live edge desk and an embroidered bedspread. Both the bedroom and bath were spotless. The price of the room was very reasonable for the area. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was a great stay!

The place was clean and the views were awesome.

The stay was good..but I did find out that I over paid with booking.com. if I had contacted yellowstone inn directly I would have saved around 100 dollars. That doesn't make me happy at all. You all claim to save people money but you actually cost them more. So I will be telling all my friends and family not to use booking.com. if you want to make it right contact me.

Beautful setting at the edge of town. Elks in the yard when we arrived. View of the mountain from the Inn. Friendly setting with coffee and water available, very nice pool, family has ready information for local restaurants.

While we didn't plan to stay on the second floor, the staff immediately grabbed our luggage and carried it upstairs. The short walk up and down the stairs while we stayed three nights was a pleasure.

The staff were helpful, friendly, couldn’t be nicer. Everything was very clean. Having coffee and tea available at all times was great, as was having a washer and dryer a plus. You were back from the main street, so no traffic noise.

We were there for 4 nights and there was no dresser, so we had to live out of our suitcases.

It is a beautiful and rustic style lodge hotel with a mountain cozy atmosphere. The proximity to Yellowstone National Park is wonderful. Oh, and the coffee/tea bar was outstanding!

It's in need of a few updates. I felt like the cost of the room didn't match the amenities. Also, no breakfast/brunch services.

Very clean and Comfortable beds, quiet (except for on/off AC which is typical with these older hotels), sink separate from toilet/shower, coffee very good, cute (but very small) lobby area.

Would be nice to have some small b'fast items available (granola bars/apples/bananas), lack of elevator (OK for us, but listing for others review).
