The breakfast was good. There was a bit of change each day and plenty of food. I would also like to say that the lady working the desk when we checked in did a great job. She was by herself and we were the 3rd people in line and the 3rd people whose reservation was not ready. She did a great job of moving people around so that people could get checked in. Also note it was just past 4:30 pm so it was definitely after check in time. You could tell her job was not going well at that time but she handled things good and got people into rooms.

Don't really have any dislike comments for this.

Ease at check-in. Dillion was very friendly and informative about the facility. Location was good, clean room and bathroom, and the room had a kitchenette. We also, liked that the game room was open late. After a long drive on the motorcycle it was nice to have a little down time to unwind with a couple games of pin ball.

Bathroom was a tight squeeze with the way the door opened.

I lost my phone, and the girl at the front desk went out to my car with me with her own phone and called my phone to see if it was in my car, It was!!!

The machines were right next to my room and made the bed vibrate. Not shaking, I could feel it through the bed.

the Location was very nice. not in main city, which was nice. Breakfast was very good- Staff was attentive. room was clean and laid out nice.

Pool was closed for repairs, which was not on the Booking.com site. So that was a MAJOR bummer as that was the reason we Chose this place. patio Door was not operational.

Excellent breakfast, very nice room, we had an issue with our A/C fan and so moved to another room and they upgraded our room to a suite with 2 bathrooms w/o us asking.

Not very many food choices at that particular off ramp.

The location, the customer service , the many different accommodations and all around just the entire experience. I'd refer this place to anyone traveling this way

Oh was there something I missed that I shouldn't have in order to of had any dislikes about this place ? I'm sorry I missed it , oh that's right .... I loved everything about it there wasnt anything I didn't like sorry . But not sorry

Room layout with the kitchenette was fantastic, having two bathrooms was a DREAM as we were there for a softball tournament. Breakfast was hearty and available early, which was helpful for our schedule.

The only downside (truly only) was that it was obviously a smoking facility previously and still smells pretty icky.

The staff and the room were both inviting, clean and comfortable

The pool was closed. One of the reasons I booked the hotel was relaxing in the pool. I was quite disappointed that that was mentioned when I booked it.
