Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful

Security - I was on my motorcycle, parked 4 slots from the front door, and discovered after leaving the property that parts of my bike had been stolen during the night. It was the complete air cleaner including filter, cover, backing plate and breather assembly, leaving only the bare carburetor which was fastened securely and couldn't be easily taken without more work. I have called, spoke to the clerk on duty that night and he was to inform me of any security camera activities. No call back a day later.

Staff was friendly and polite. They where very accommodating and listened to your needs. Location was good for what we where there for. Room was clean and neat.

Wi-Fi was terrible. Everytime you came back to your room you had to re-connect. Half the time it would not connect our iPhones. You need to get rid of that so called coffee machine. It makes a terrible cup of coffee. Room was a lot smaller then we thought. It sure didn't match the price you charge.

Nice location for what we needed. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs sausage links can make waffles and yogurt.

No water pressure in the shower, beds where semi comfortable. Did think it is a little over priced, but we were there for state softball so I think all hotels were more than normal.

The location was great as it was very close to softball complex. The beds were comfortable. It smelled clean. The breakfast was good. Had an issue with a toilet runnimg and was fixed within 2 hours. Allowed us to check in early which was very convenient.

Maybe need to clean better behind furniture but overall seemed clean.

The breakfast was basic but sufficient. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean. The room rate was fair. When I did call the front desk with a need, they tried to meet that knee fairly quickly.

There’s limited seating for the area to eat breakfast.

Our stay was really good. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. This place is well maintained and kept clean. The wifi speed was good enough to conduct work. The included breakfast was the usual scrambled egg, toast, waffle, fruits, coffee, and juice. Overall a good experience. Would definitely visit again.

Front desk staff were great. I was allowed to park at the main door to load & unload my car, as I don't walk real well. They answered my questions & were very nice. I was there for my brothers funeral in Hastings.

I couldn't figure out how to shut the lights off behind the headboard! Ha!

Oh my gosh, the breakfast was fabulous. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, muffins, rolls, bread, etc. Coffee, milk, juices. We were extremely pleased and it was clean!!! The room was CLEAN!!! The bed was WONDERFUL and co dreamy comfortable!!!! Wish i could have brought it home for our bed!

The are only two things that were not good. Our radio/alarm did not work so had to have them call our cellphone for a wake up in the morning. Also, the shower plug did not work so had to use our hand or toes and pull it up so the tub would drain when we took showers.

Good middle tier hotel. Small town so this type of property is expected and met my needs for a few nights.

The breakfast is quite basic and doesn't change. Not unexpected, and apparently good for most guests I observed, but my personal diet of organic items, when possible, can be challenging for me when traveling.

The room was very clean and quiet. While we didn’t have breakfast, the display and options looked great. Everything seems to be very expensive these days, but the price for the room was somewhat reasonable. I do like the location of the hotel, and the desk staff were very pleasant.
