The staff are exceptional. So friendly and willing to help with absolutely anything. We've been to the USA enough times now to know that most hotels will serve ultra-processed sugar-and-salt-filled 'food' so as long as you're mentally prepared and aware that this is the norm for the USA, the standard of breakfast here is good. We had dinner at their restaurant one night and that was excellent. Room was lovely and quiet, with easy access to our car parked right outside. Overall, a really nice place; would definitely stay again!

The room carpets are sticky.

Room was spacious, with a very big comfortable bed, an extra sofa, bench and open closet. We were unable to drive to the hotel from out of state because of bad weather, but they were able to refund our cost for the missed day/night. I really appreciated that.

Their were a lot of families and kids in the open area with pool and spa..still making noise there and in hallways until 11 p.m. and in a few cases in the halls until around midnight. We had a room away from this area...it would be very difficult to sleep or focus on anything with a room in the commons area until 11 p.m. or midnight.

Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The breakfast attendant was also helpful in providing us with coffee despite my late arrival to eat that morning.

Breakfast is great, but the options are a bit limited. Breakfast ending at 9 a.m. is also a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep later or are working out in the morning.

Night staff (at midnight check in) were amazing. A gentleman in a suit (driver?) and the kind lady at the desk have top notch customer service skills.

The beds were super bouncy, but comfortable. The furniture showed signs of age, but very comfort none the less. The morning check out lady was a bit short. She was displeased by the computer processes. Aside from asking our name, no other conversation with me. Not a thank you for staying with us or any other courtesy. I observed her with the patron before us and observed the same. She appeared to be in training, but her trainer didn’t speak to us on her behalf either. Vast difference between the night staff and day staff. Still a good stay.

Nice complementary breakfast. Room was clean.

The hotel is showing its age a bit. Needs a remodel. Also didn't like that our room opened directly onto the parking lot.

Reasonably priced; comfy bed, clean

Breakfast was light. There was no butter, the manager had to run to the store for it and we were done eating by the time he returned. There was something else missing, I don't remember what it was.

This was an amazing experience. Everything was great! Traci, the bartender at Images was outstanding. Best service I've had at a establishment in a very long time. I have high standards for service and her as well as the hotel staff met them .

Full beds. Wish they would have been queens but they were comfortable.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds and very clean. Good restaurant in the motel.

Staff person wrote the wrong room number on our keys. I had to go back when our key didn't work. I found out our room was on the other side of the bank of rooms.Secondly, I was asked if second floor was ok. I said yes but I assumed there was an elevator. We are both in our 70's and had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs and up and down to the restaurant if we chose to eat.

I loved the pool hang out area for the family

I feel like for as much money as it was the rooms could have been a little more high class I felt like I was at a motel 6

We arrived late at night and they were very accommodating for that. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great room for the price.

Only issue we had was that our key cards didn’t open up the outside doors so we had to walk around the entire building to get to our room.
