They have a beautiful hot tub and pool on main floor.opens early and stays open later than other hotels. Appreciate the extra hours. Also we arrived a little early but they checked us in quickly. It is a quick easy drive to nature center. Lots of great places to.eat within 5 or 10 minute drive..

We were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western in Grand Island. Every part of our stay met our expectations. One thing that stood out to me was the very friendly staff at the front desk. They were great!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for future guests.

The staff was so amazing and welcoming! The beds were extremely comfy and the pool area was enjoyed.

It wasn't an issue because we were the only ones but there really isn't alot of seating in the pool area. The wifi was pretty laggy, I would have to turn it off to load something on my phone such as a video.

It was clean & comfortable. Kent was at the front desk at checkin and was extremely helpful with inf information about the area including Hastings whe where we were heading the next day.

Checking out Sunday morning about 10am I was unable to get a receipt. The woman at the desk said since I booked with booking.com they had to email me a receipt as she couldn’t get into site. This has never happened before and I usually book with booking.com and get a receipt at the front desk.

Had a great time, until I ran into someone who worked overnight at the desk. I didn't ever want to see her again. Otherwise my stay was great

The breakfast was very good and well located for our convenience. Everyone found something they liked.

There could be more of Mr. Kent and Ms. Betty at the front desk - although, they would probably be hard to duplicate! They are the best!!!

the night guy kept liking ant me and kept explaining to me about drinks in the pool area. best I that I didn’t have any drinks with me again after hearing about it for two days earlier. Then there was two different groups with coolers in the pool area and they didn’t get the lecture over drinks in the pool area. the gentleman that was sitting next to me had a empty coffee cup and his wife had a foam cup with only water in it. the staff guy didn’t even ask it empty or not just got on his I told you about drinks.

I’ve travel Nebraska frequently and stayed in a lot of hotels (especially Omaha, Lincoln, and Kearney). This is one of the cleanest and quietest across the state. Will definitely go back.

The location of this hotel is very close to my customer's company for visit. As well as the amenities and breakfast are more than my expectation.

Beautiful clean rooms, great clean pool and wonderful staff. We will stay there next year for the State Cheer Competition!
